I went into Hush for my first time, with kind of a hair disaster… the salon I went to previously wasn’t able to achieve the level of blonde I was going for and also had my money pieces looking a bit thicker than I had wanted. Roy stepped up and assured me we’d get the look I was going for, natural-looking dirty blonde. I was skeptical we’d get to exactly what I wanted, but Roy went above and beyond my expectations. He took on someone else’s mistake and completely transformed my hair. He’s incredibly knowledgeable about his craft and makes you feel so comfortable while he’s doing his thing. I kept checking in with him like, “hey just to confirm, this is what I want dadada” and he didn’t get frustrated after I said the same thing for the 15th time, he assured me each time that we were on the right track. I’ve been getting so many compliments on my hair, each person saying it looks so natural. I’d send anyone to Roy! Thank you so much again <3<3

Ric knows how to do blonde. I have been highlighting my hair my whole life and this is the best my color has ever looked.

I called on a Wednesday in a panic because I was moving to LA the next day and had just experienced a bad balayage, and Hush was able to get me in the next day to dye my hair back to brown and save the day. Really supportive staff that gets to know you personally!

She gave me the most beautiful Ash Blonde! Anyone who has tried to achieve an Ashy Blonde knows how difficult it can be.

She was able to lift my hair without any warmth at all and gave it a cool ash, sandy tone. Beautiful!

Also, recommended a hydrating mask to keep my new blonde beautiful.

I searched Google reading salon reviews, & saw many positive for Hush Hush. When I called to book an appointment the receptionist was friendly & I was able to get an appointment on the day I wanted. I’ve experienced some not so good haircuts and was nervous to try someone new on a whim but I’m glad I did. The salon is beautiful & a great location. I was greeted warmly by the receptionist & Daisy.
Daisy really listened to me & was beyond detailed with her consultation & throughout my cut. Her attention to detail is impressive & she was gentle with my hair -which I appreciate. I love my cut & pre-booked my next haircut.

This is a beautiful salon. Very clean & well- maintained & busy. Ashley is amazing. She does the best color and cuts. I always walk out feeling fabulous! And Ashley is very accommodating with my schedule. And can you say a glass of wine while you are pampered ?

I got the best haircut & blowout I’ve ever had by Susie Kim a few weeks ago. I’m still so happy with it, I felt inclined to write a review! My hair was damaged — she worked her magic and left my hair smooth, shiny, and healthy! She checked in with me before doing anything, and it was clear she wanted me to feel comfortable and happy. I highly recommend getting a cut with Susie!

AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING!!! Ugis is the most talented hair stylist I have even seen! I decided to chop off my hair into a LOB (long bob) and he did it perfectly! Could not be more happy about my hair. You would not believe the amount of compliments I get on my hair EVERY day. It has been 3 months since my last haircut and I still get compliments. People say "I LOVE your haircut" and I haven't even gotten it cut recently! Not only is Ugis great, but the whole set-up is lovely. They serve alcohol and the overall vibe is very upbeat and fun! My boyfriend even goes here and will no longer trust any other salon. 5 out of 5, no doubt about it!

I have been by HHHS a few times. Its a cute salon. Its really hard for me to allow anyone to touch my hair. So I decided that the next time I'm walking my dog I would walk in to see how their customers react to getting services done. I was impressed by the customer care they give. So I made an appointment for a hair cut. I don't remember the stylist name but he was fantastic. I'm glad I found them and happy with the way my hair came out.

First visit and it was a great experience from the moment I walked in the door. Brian cut my hair and did a great job! He took his time and listened to what I was asking for as I wanted to do something different than normal. Will definitely be going back!

Stephen does a great job on my difficult, cowlick-ridden hair. He helped me style it in a much more flattering and actually simpler fashion. I started coming here last year and I won’t go back to another barbershop again.

While visiting family in Manhattan Beach from NJ I walked past the Salon a number of times. Having a particularly bad hair day and wanting a change the day before Thanksgiving I walked in on a whim to see if by any chance there might be an opening for a cut on that day or during the week I was in town. As luck would have it one of the stylists, Corey, had just had a cancellation and took me right in. I wanted a change and felt comfortable with the time she took to talk to me and look at my current style discuss options. I took a shot and let Corey work her magic. She cut at least 4 or 5 inches off and gave me a wonderful style. I could not be happier. I would recommend Corey and Hush Hush to anyone and will definitely make an appointment in advance with her on my next trip to Manhattan Beach.

Cute little salon downstairs with some really genuine amd down to earth stylists who have making you comfortable and wanting to come back just say hi !! Seriously so open to what they can do to achieve what your seeing in your mind!! It’s not inexpensive At the same time it’s not too much .
it’s worth it every time ☝👌🏼

I hate haircuts so I only go to see Josh once every two years... And I have such a great experience I forget why I hate going to the salon.
