I was a newbie beginner when I started classes at Pilates Essentials a few months ago, and have really enjoyed coming back here weekly for classes with Victor since. The studio is conveniently located in a small retail center with parking, Starbucks and Vons.

Great studio! So beautiful, bright and clean. The instructor is very knowledgable about pilates and the class was an awesome mix of half Mat and half reformer. I can't wait to go back for my next

Victor is one of the best Pilates teachers I’ve ever taken and is incredibly kind and knowledgeable. His classes are amazing and you feel strong and elongated after class. Highly recommend

Great pilates studio! It is really spacious and the instructor is incredibly patient and accommodating for beginner students like myself :). It's in a shopping complex, so parking is not an issue which is so helpful.

What a great studio! Victor Wilson, owner and instructor, is the best. Lots of classes, free parking, convenient location. Such great exercise.
