Beach Cities Yoga

Today was my first time at Beach Cities Yoga and I was extremely happy!! The location was easily accessible, and close to the beach. I loved how the window opens up and allows you to feel like you are outside right on the beach, feeling the wind hit your skin as you practice. Our teacher, David C., was awesome! He was great at walking us through the positions, and since The class size was small it allowed him to assist in proper positioning for our poses, which was great !! Loved it and will definitely be back! My new go to sunrise yoga place to help me become an early bird. (Thanks!)

So far I first went to two classes. I have been at a class of Natasha and of Ieshia. I am from germany originally and I was used to go to one of the most highly rated yoga studios within europe. So you can imagine that my expectations about a yoga studio are pretty high. But i would never go back to my old one since I have been to beach cities yoga studio. Both classes were different but just perfect. Natashas Class was strong but also calm and Natasha is a really friendly and calm teacher while Ieshia is more groovy and her class was a bit more exhausting but definitely doable.
I felt so relaxed and so happy after both classes. What I really like is that the classes are so small and the instructors actually have time for you to adjust you if you want. I am already looking forward to my next class. Beach cities yoga is such an amazing small yoga studio with amazing teachers and a great atmosphere. Thank you to Natasha and to Ieshia for your amazing classes. You both made me having an amazing day after the class. And thats what yoga should do! Thank you so much!

Love this studio. The instructors are attentive and thoughtful with their flows. The studio itself feels like your neighborhood yoga studio. It's not pretentious/stuck up and it's not too crunchy/hippy. It's always full of yoga props and free towels for those really hard classes. Sometimes on a hot day, they even have ice cold eucalyptus towels.

As a beginner yogi I found Beach Cities to be a great starting place. All of the teachers are super nice and attentive, plus the sunsets are spectacular if you can make class during one. I keep going back for more!

Amazing yoga classes in the studio and on the beach. Volleyball classes too! This place is awesome.
