They made it nice & easy in a very unpleasant situation . My Car came back beautiful! Paint matches perfect and car looked detailed. It is a challenge to get through to them on the phone, but once you’re assigned, a contact person text messaging is very simple .

After a minor parking lot fender bender damaged our late model SUV, we sent it to be repaired at Fix Auto in Hermosa Beach, they are a sister company to Jim & Jack's located in El Segundo. The actual repair work took place in El Segundo where Alex Orozco was the representative tasked with dealing with the insurance company and making sure the work was performed properly. Alex was very communicative and stayed in touch with us via phone and text. Long story short the work was done at a very high standard and in a reasonable amount of time. In addition, before delivery, our SUV was fully detailed inside and out, to an extent that the inside felt like we had just driven it off the dealership lot that day. We could not be more satisfied with Fix Auto/Jim & Jack's. We'd also like to thank Alex for making this process as stress free as possible.

This is my second time on two different occasions and just like the first time, it was a great experience. Communication was great, as they followed up with me each step of the way until my car was complete. It’s like I have a brand new car again. Would definitely go back if I ever needed to again. Excellent customer service and work! My catalytic converter was stolen and they had my car back to me in a week. They suggested I buy a guard to prevent the same theft from happening again and installed it as a courtesy. They even returned my rental car for me. All this plus they provided excellent communication to keep me informed as things progressed. I highly recommend them!
