Pilates Sculpt

Pilates Sculpt made such a great first impression on me. As someone new to Pilates, I chose 3 private sessions to get my own personal insight and how I could endure in Pilates. The instructors were patient and provided endless guidance. This helped me to gather confidence in my journey to fitness and encouraged me to jump into group class offerings. I highly recommend Pilates Sculpt!

I've been attending classes here for the past 10 months, and still going strong at least 1-2 times per week. Prices are very fair compared to other pilates studios.

If you're not familiar with reformers pilates, I highly recommend starting with the Pilates Essentials class to gain a better understanding during your exercise.

Each instructor has their own style but they are all great! They're all welcoming and personable. 🙂 Keep in mind that their style will also change depending on the type of class you take (which I don't think some people understand when taking classes here), so check out their website.

Parking: There's street parking ($0.25 each 12min) or park in the parking structure across the street (Schoolhouse Garage $1.00 for 90min).

I have always loved Pilates and when I passed by this place I had to go in and check it out. I love that the owner, Alana, is pursuing her dream of owning her own Pilates Studio and she is devoted to every detail of the business. It is super clean and she makes everyone who comes through the door feel welcome. Whether you are a beginner or advanced, she makes sure you feel welcome and she is always encouraging. It has a very relaxed, Zen kind of feel and everyone is friendly. I look forward to every class and love them all!

Highly recommend! Great instructors who are kind and creative, providing a good variety of workouts every week, many options for time slots throughout the day and evening, competitive pricing, convenient location and a nice bright, lofty space!

One of the most aesthetic studios I've been to! I've tried many studios through ClassPass, but after taking Alana's (the owner) sessions, I was convinced to commit to a monthly membership. She's attentive to newcomers who are still learning & has an abundance of patience to help with your form to ensure you're making the most of the class. She has this innate ability to multitask & juggle students on all levels in the same session. She's incredibly creative & innovate with the exercises, I learn something new with every session!

Lulu is one of the more challenging instructors, but her sense of humour keeps class light-hearted, so you're less prone to fixate on how difficult the exercise at hand is. She has such a fun spirit & continues to be a bright light in class. I actively go out of my way to try and work my schedule around her allotted time slots on a weekly basis!

After searching for a go to Pilates Studio in Pasadena for my Sunday Self care routine, I believe this one exceeds by far all my Pilates expectations, I have tried all of the ones in Pasadena. I love the fact that the owner teaches the classes and Alana has a small studio and is attentive to the needs of the customers. Love it <3
