I recently switched to Dr. Paymon Banafshe at Manchester Medical Group, and it’s one of the best health decisions I’ve ever made. This guy is board certified in internal medicine, and it shows. He’s not just up-to-date with medical knowledge; he applies it in ways that have made a real difference in my health. Case in point: he nailed a diagnosis that had stumped others, all because he paid attention to the little things everyone else missed.

What I truly appreciate is how he communicates. There’s no medical gibberish here, just straight talk that makes sense. He’s got this knack for explaining complicated things simply, so I actually understand what’s going on with my health. And when it comes to care, Dr. Banafshe is all about the whole picture—mind and body. His office is the easiest I’ve ever dealt with too. Quick appointments, on point follow-ups, and a staff that’s clearly picked up on his vibe of professionalism and kindness.

I found this medical practice to be the best urgent care I’ve ever been to. Their staff was friendly, patient, and informative. The PA I was with was incredibly comforting as she took the time to address my concerns, and went the extra step to also educate me. You don’t see that often in an Urgent Care. I am so glad I went here because now I won’t need to search further for another urgent care practice. The photos on google were helpful to me. Also parking is easy. They even offer a free follow up visit within the first 7 days of your original appointment. I am so glad moving forward to know I have an established Urgent Care to go to.

Absolutely 5 stars! I visited the urgent care here for the first time last week after injuring my foot. This was the most positive experience I’ve EVER had at an urgent care. From the very beginning, it was clear they cared about patient needs. The wait time was unbelievable (less than 20 minutes) and although there were a few issues in getting all of the services I needed (as can happen in healthcare)… all of the staff, the PA, and the X-ray tech went above and beyond to make sure I had all my needs met during the visit and the days following. These needs included: exam and half-boot, appropriate referrals, sending the X-ray report to my primary care Doctor immediately after my call request to do so, putting my X-rays on a CD same day for my pick-up to take to a specialist, sending out for medication immediately, and doing it all graciously and with kindness, patience, and positivity. This will be my new urgent care and I so much appreciated the experience, considering all circumstances. Thank you!!🙌🏼🙏🏻

So grateful for Manchester Medical group and the care of Dr. Banafshe. I’ve been a patient since 2010 and so happy with every part of medical care from appointments, billing, preventative visits, and attentive guidance on health concerns and referrals. I also appreciate that it has urgent care available within same location and COVID testing during pandemic. They are responsive and professional which is a pleasure!

First time at Manchester Medical . I live locally and needed to be seen asap so I found them on Zocdoc and was able to make an appointment easily and chose a time an hour away ( almost impossible ) . The office is large and clean , friendly staff! I saw Dr Galloway and he was so thorough and listened and wasn’t rushing me out , honestly such a great guy! Pleasantly surprised !!!

Dr. Banafshe has been my primary doctor for many years. He has a wonderful bedside manner. He takes his time with you and doesn't rush you. Office staff is great and make you feel welcome.

I am so grateful and will most definitely be using the services of the hospital soon. I don’t plan to be sick but if I am, even for a check up, B. Dr. Banafshe and his team take incredible care of my needs in a kind, thoughtful and professional manner. The follow through and response rate is incredible but they also check in on you. I truly feel take. Care of and listened to.

From my first call and speaking to Rosa down to Ms. Hernandez this place by far is amazing. Hernandez took her time and noted everything I reported to her. She asked needed questions and was very gentle with her exam. Definitely would recommend them to anyone in need of a quick urgent exam. Even down to their prices. Very clean and took me in within 20min. Thank you Ladies you made me feel at ease.

My dad broke his arm and took him to Manchester Medical Group. They saw him within minutes of showing up and took an x-ray to confirm the injury. They stabilized his arm and put him to ease until a hand surgeon was available to see him the next day. The doctors and medical staff were very courteous. We didn’t feel rushed and all of our questions and concerns were addressed.

I have been with Manchester Medical for many years. My doctor, Dr. Paymon Banafshe and his team have taken Great care of me over the years. Dr. Paymon always shows great interest in my health and needs and welcomes any questions or concerns which makes me feel comforted. His team as well is very professional and gracious. Thank you guys.

Had a fall over the weekend and needed stitches. Really didn’t want to go to the ER. Thankfully this urgent care was open. Wait time was minimal. The provider was great. I highly recommend !

I had outstanding experience at this Urgent care facility. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The provider was able to handle my issue at a prompt and precise manner. The waite time is short and sweet. They have made me a believer in excellent customer service.

Best Urgent Care I’ve ever been to, the staff and the medical providers are really caring and friendly. I needed an X-Ray and Bloodwork and they offer both of these services here and much more at reasonable prices. It’s very convenient to have an urgent care like this in my neighborhood I would definitely recommend this place and will be using them for my medical services from here on out!

This isn't a typical Urgent Care. They literally have everything, including x-ray and blood lab in house. It was nice to get everything done in one place without having to drive around town. The doctor and staff are very caring and don't rush you. They take the time to here you out and diagnose you. You can tell the office is new construction, modern and kudos for not going with the typical all white. I felt very comfortable here.

What is also great is that this place is also a medical office. I came the first time on a Sunday to the urgent care without an appointment, but followed up with an appointment.

The entrance is in the rear through the parking lot which can be confusing because my navigation took me to the front, but makes sense to enter from the parking lot. Also really cool to watch the airplanes land at LAX while your outside.

I definitely recommend this urgent care and office.

I was in contact with a co-worker who tested positive for Covid. I needed to get tested ASAP as I live with my parents who are high risk.

The government website had no availability to schedule a test.

I called around and finally found Manchester Urgent Care. I made an appointment and they emailed me with all the necessary information.

When I arrived they came out to my car and provided me with an easy self administered test in the parking lot.

I did the test in my car and placed it in a bin. I was happy not to have to go into a building or have close contact with anyone.

They quoted me next day results but I received an email that evening!!!

Great service!

I was in from out of town and had a nasty cough that wouldn’t go away. I went to the Urgent care around 10:30on a Tuesday and they were able to get me in within 40 min. The waiting area is very clean and nicely decorated. The doctor, medical assistant and women at the front desk were friendly, knowledgeable and to the point.

Feeling sick on the road is the worst! So when I looked up and read reviews of local urgent care locations I came across Manchester Urgent Care. The building was neat and clean, the front desk staff very friendly, the wait time was appropriate for a walk in patient and the nurse and doctor that I saw were wonderful. They didn't try to rush me out but actually talked with me and let me describe how poorly I'd been feeling and how that was affecting my work. It's a little tricky to find as it's on the back side of the building the GPS wants to drop you off at but I'm so glad that I chose this location. Thank you for making a stressful situation so much better!

LIFE SAVER!!!!!

We were in contact with a friend who tested positive for covid. We went on the government website to schedule an appointment for a test and received the message “no availability at this time”.

I have 4 kids and see my parents. I needed a test fast. I called private practices and was quoted 8 day wait time for results 🥺

We finally found Manchester Urgent Care and made an appointment. They provided us detailed information. When we arrived they provided us with a very quick and easy self administered test in the parking lot. I was relieved that I did not have to go into an office.

Next day we had our results. Their prices were also lower than our places quoted us.

Highly recommend them!
