Mr. Nick Larsen and his staff went above and beyond replacing my daughter's catalytic converter. It was backed order for 2 months but he came through with the parts and my daughter's car was finished in 12 days!! Thank you all for your excellent care and service. Going through the insurance and getting updates daily from Mr. Larsen put my mind at ease. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! YOU WILL NOT DISAPPOINT!

Things about his business that impressed me are honest opinions, detailed and clear explanations if needed and will even prioritize the services for you and didn't make you feel any pressure to do work that wasn't necessary and can be safely delayed. Highly recommend! After dealing with terrible shops we found this family business, Nick the owner is the man and always takes care of us. Customer service is great; work is always quality and they very proudly stand behind it. Have been going here a few years now, have recommended many people all who were all very happy with experience from the smallest repair to the bigger ones. They have helped us out a few times in a bind when they could have easily turned us away- many shops had and now we are glad they did because we found Larsens. We drive very reliable older Japanese 4WD trucks both models are out of production now and many shops refuse to work on them becuase it’s too hard! The oldest is admittedly a bit more obscure, and one year shy of OBD2 and this of course scares the hell out of your shade tree mechanic shops who rely on scan tools to replace an interior light. These guys are the real deal. For balance only downside for us is when they are very busy the repairs can take time but we know that’s also our fault one of our trucks can be a bit harder to deal with esp for parts. Their services are highly in demand and they do it right the first time. Any good shop these days is very busy and if there is a bit of line just like a good restaurant —it’s for a very good reason. Get in there get to know them. Everyone else sucks.

Best customer service we have ever received when dealing with difficult car repairs! Not only did they get me in without an appointment they treated me as if I was a long time customer. Their prices are very fair and honest, no price gouging here. I look forward to dealing with you guys again on some preventive maintenance. We were traveling for my husband’s surgery when our car broke down. Nick took such great care of us and got us back on the road again! I can’t say enough about how grateful I am for this outstanding repair shop!

Came here because it had great reviews, I was skeptical. However I told them I needed an oil change and to check if my car was leaking, among other stuff. They only change the oil and gave me an estimate of all the issues, which were prioritized. They were very clear and stated my car was not leaking. This was my first great impression since I’ve been to other shops and they try to charge for everything, even things that are not even broken.

I cannot recommend this shop enough. They took my car in with really short notice and had it fixed faster than any shop I have ever dealt with. Everyone I spoke with was really communicative and professional!

Friendly, Fast, Honest!!
I was in a pinch on a road trip, and my brakes started grinding. I called them at 8 AM. They said come on in right now! So I did they had the situation assessed and taken care of in a matter of hours, and I was back on the road. Their work was completely affordable and they are wonderful kind honest people. I’m so glad I pulled into the shop!!

Probably the best mechanic shop in this side of the city. Honest, reliable, and good commucation. They fixed a very small thing during my regular maintainance for free and didn't even bother to tell me that. I didn't notice it until I "finally" got the time to take care it but notice it was already taken care of. Their price is very fare considering the quality of their work. My "go-to" shop as long as I as I live in LA.

Larsen customer service is super. They can accommodate the walk-ins. Quickly complete the job at the right service fee. I was so happy that I got my car delivered even after hours.

Nick and his team are just amazing and they did an incredible work ! My car had a coolant problem and I was very in stress about the price and find a solution quickly but Nick was the man of the situation. You can trust him and the Larsen Automobile’s team ! They give you update about the repairs and the communication is excellent.

My battery died and when jumping it, AAA said it might also be an alternator issue. Lucky for me, Larson was close so I brought it there. They tested the battery and replaced it and after checking the alternator, said that it was fine. Thanks for the honesty! The final cost was a bit pricey (the hourly rate seemed a little high but maybe that’s what 2023 charges are now?) but the service was great. Thank you Larsen team!

I have taken two cars for a half dozen surfaces at Larsen's, and I won't go anywhere else! The owner Nick, is friendly, personable, and takes the time to let you know what is truly necessary versus what can wait. When crooks stole my catalytic converter, he replaced it, worked with my insurance, and installed a cage to prevent it from happening again. Love this place!

Honest, fast, quality work and affordable.
Larsen Automotive reminds me of garages from the past; they replace what they can't fix and fix what they can saving me a bunch of cash. In my experience, other shops have replaced all parts that were damaged rather than trying to fix the part themselves.
This is my go to shop.
