Really enjoyed this spot, and I love that they are open till 2AM. I actually preferred their smoothies to their coffee or matcha. But everything I had was really good. Personally, the shaved ice and crepe cakes were my favorite desserts. I need to go try a few other things next time.

My sister and I needed some girl talk but it was late already and on Memorial Day! A quick google search and decided to give them a try. It was super close to my sister’s place. I was really impressed with their desserts and their coffee art, they don’t just look good they taste amazing too 🤩 will definitely be back!

One of my favorite desserts place! Definitely in LA. They have a huge variety of desserts and they all tasted amazing. Similarly, a huge variety of drinks as well!

The Sophia was delicious, especially for chocolate lovers! Also had the taro crepe cake which was really smooth and good.

Overall, the desserts felt very high quality and tasty! Definitely recommend as a place to hang out with friends for drinks and sweets.

Only thing you need to be careful about is that the place is somewhat small and it can get packed easily! Hard to find a table after a certain hour.

The best spot to get amazing coffee drinks and desserts in Koreatown. I have tried their black sesame latte and it never disappoints! Love how creamy, nutty, and perfectly balanced the flavors combined with their coffee. I always come back for this drink! They also offer an assortment of beautiful of desserts. I really enjoyed their Injeolmi cake and Oreo bingsoo. So good to pair with coffee! We had such a fun experience here and I highly recommend coming! They're also open pretty late which is cool.

What a hidden gem in Koreatown! This aesthetic cafe serves up the most unique and creative coffees and desserts as well as matchas! I really enjoyed their honey butter cream top latte and their biscoff tiramisu. This is a great spot to catch up with friends or get some work done. Staff was very friendly. I will definitely be back.

Loved this cafe!! If there is one thing you have to get on this menu it’s their shaved ice!! I got the strawberry and it was amazing! The atmosphere of the cafe is lovely and perfect for studying or hanging out with friends. Plus, there is free parking!!!

🍊Grapefruid Ade - This grapefruit ade was the perfect balance of sweet and sour.

☕ Black Sesame Latte - I am a regular at Cafe Spot for all of these , but THIS latte is top priority. I always order it without espresso because I am intolerant of caffine. It is SO delicious, sweet, and creamy. It's also like a black sesame tong sui in drink form. Highly recommend.

🍧 Black Sesame Shaved Ice - Perfect to share on date night! Light and satisfying, perfect for binging without feeling guilty like when I binge normal ice cream.

🧁 Cheesecake Fraise - This wasn't too sweet and had jam on the inside, which balanced out with the cheesiness nicely.

🍫 Chocolate Cake - Very dark and sweet, perfect for when you're in need of that chocolate kick.

🍰 Taro Mille Crepe - Perfect balance of taro and cream.

This place gives you a chilled, and relaxed Cafe experience. But the music definitely gives you a little bit of a club vibe without being overbearing. It caters to all types of people no matter the status. Their options are delicious. I recommend the Exotic cake and Green Grape Sparkling Ade!! Everyone working here is super chill and friendly

This place is such a trendy & cute spot for some delish instagrammable drinks & cakes (while listening to K-pop music) ~ I recommend their ube cake cuz I love the creamy texture & it's not too sweet. Blueberry smoothie is also really refreshing. You can tell they put in real fruits (instead of flavored syrup).

As usual in K-Town, this cafe is located in a small plaza with valet parking. If you want free street parking, I'd suggest you come early on weekdays for better luck!

This is hands down the best spot I’ve been to. The customer service is amazing and the food is even better. My favorite was the exotic cake, the strawberry roll cake, the blueberry cheesecake and the strawberry shaved ice

This was a great spot for dessert. They’re open pretty late into the night and have full service of coffee, drinks and desserts. We came here after a night of karaoke and they were the only thing in the area open. The shaved ice was creamy and full of mango and the crepe cake was soft and delicious. The interior is well decorated and cozy and there’s an outdoor section as well.

Came here on a thursday night with my girlfriends. Got the black sesame shaved ice, exotic cake, cloud smoothie, herb tonic, and the decaf muskat tea.
Man, Oakobing got some competition. The black sesame bingsoo was so friggin good and they layer it too so you're not left digging some ice shards to the floor. They top it off with mochi and almonds.
The exotic cake was so good too. Very tart.

As for drinks, we got the cloud smoothie which was also really pretty. Looks like an Erewhon cloud smoothie. The muskat tea was so fragrant too, and my friends were trying to look up where the tea bag is from to get some for themselves. I thought the herb tonic would be some carbonated hanyak but it's actually just ssanghwacha. I like it so I'm happy but I know some people don't like it because it tastes like medicine.

I love the atmosphere inside because the music isn't too loud, and there are nice white marble tables. On the outside, the shop looks like a nightclub but on the inside, it looks very innocent, clean, and white.

The parking is valet, $3. Cries.

Service here is awesome. Very nice unnie.

Edit 7/21/22:
Came with my boyfriend this time. The strawberry bingsoo exceeded my expectations because I normally go for earthy flavors like Injeolmi or black sesame. The strawberry puree didn't taste so artificial and went well with the fruits. Also got the banana pudding in a really cute sized cup. It's not as sweet as Magnolia Bakery's. Overall, second time coming here very good, and I did my work here too.

The major con I have is that the valet guy is super stingy. I wish he could be replaced :[

Really a nice place to work and have something tasty. I came here very depressed, but felt better after a cup of Peach Tea 🍑 with Strawberry Tiramisu. 🍓 I will be back with my laptop next time 💻

Super cute spacious clean coffee dessert cafe in the heart of ktown!! I love it so much — the injeolmi latte was nutty and sweet, and the crepe cake was delicious as well. The service was good, the cafe had a lot of space and the interior design was super cute. Definitely a great place to catch up, sit down and socialize and do work. Would recommend coming here to do work and have a drink / dessert. What made it five stars was the ambience, the space, how it wasn’t a struggle to find seating and the menu was pretty extensive and interesting. Definitely a pricey place though

Dessert: Injeolmi Shaved Ice, Exotic Cake, Matcha Tiramisu & Strawberry Tiramisu

Every item we tried was outstanding, but I was particularly impressed with their sweets!! The Injeolmi Shaved Ice, topped with mugwort mochi, tasted like HEAVEN. The cakes were all super delicious and they were Asian-sweet, just like I wanted! I also tried Sweet Potato Latte for the first time, but it was so light and sweet and I was shocked at how good it was!! 😳

The seating is abundant, but it fills up pretty fast! The owner was so nice and helpful esp if you can’t decide which drink and cake to try out! A convenient valet parking option is offered at just $3.

I highly recommend Spot Coffee to everyone!! It’s a perfect cafe to hang out with your friends, study or work! They’re open until 2am, so you can stop by after dinner too! 😉

This is such a cute coffee shop that you can work out of, study, or just go on a date at. The lounge chairs are super comfortable and the service was wonderful. We ordered a few desserts and drinks to try out and my favorite item was definitely the Injeolmi Shaved Ice! I can eat that everyday.
They have valet parking or street parking.

Cafe Spot, Koreatown, Los Angeles

I've been eyeing this spot since they opened earlier this year and finally got to visit! We tried a variety of their drinks and desserts, including:

Coconut Pudding with Peach: The coconut pudding is a collaboration with Kokonut Desserts. I've had their coconut pudding in the past and it was just as creamy, light, and delicious as I remembered.

Injeolmi Latte: The injeolmi latte was sweet, nutty, a bit savory, and creamy. The strong milk flavor combined well with the roasted bean powder.

Black Sesame Latte: the black sesame latte was a bit bitter and not as strongly flavored as the Injeolmi one. The cream foam top on its own was sweet and strong but once mixed it lost a lot of flavor.

Matcha Crepe Cake: The crepes were combined with thick layers of cream which made it quite a rich and heavy dessert.

Mango Bingsu: This was sweet and fruity, and the mango flavor was very strong with the cubes of fresh ripe mango and mango jam on top. The shaved milk itself had a light and fine icy texture which was perfect for the lightly warm day.

The inside and outside of the cafe has a casual and comfortable vibe. There are tables and free WiFi so you can do work there.

Oh wow the bingsu here blew me away. Newly open in ktown, come here before it blows up. The shaved ice is so smooth and fluffy, just like the one in Korea. They have a lot of desserts here that are not too sweet, which is the ultimate compliment if you're asian. The flower cupcake is a must get too, the cream topping the cupcake is uniquely made with red bean paste instead of regular frosting. I've never had anything like it, it's so good, just this alone will make me come back for it. Also, the staffs are super nice here. If you're into cafe culture, this is one to stop by.

Such a great place for friends gathering and great beverages! I love their injeolmi & black sesame latte which are rich and so creamy. The shaved ice is a great option too.

Always a pleasure to go here! They're open late so it's perfect for studying after work, or even after a late hangout with the boys.
It takes away the excuse of not wanting to study or work on something because it's too late, Spot will always be there for you! The signature cream latte is my go-to and it's solid for anyone that prefers sweet over a strong coffee taste!
