My wife and I purchased our Outback here and had an amazing experience with Anthony! We were visiting with our two small kids which makes buying a car much more difficult than it already is. But Anthony made the process completely transparent, super efficient, and easy enough for us throughout. Very happy with their service and would highly recommend them!

Excellent experience. The certified car was exactly as advertised, and the salesman, Will, was great to work with. Got the expected upsell for extended warranties during the paper signing, which is a little bit annoying, but it was expected and not too bad. All in all an excellent experience.

Service has always been amazing! We also just started looking into getting another Subaru and met with Jeff and that man went over and beyond for my wife and I! 'pete' was an amazing salesman.

I went to Toyota of Tacoma and they treated me like absolute 'shes a woman let's sell her up' material. After seeing 2 20k cars ( expressing my limit was 15k ) I gave up.

Going to Subaru Tacoma I met Pete outside. He greeted me right away with a smile and talked to me as an EQUAL. I am a 5'4 120lb woman and he didn't act all high and mighty towards me. I was on a limit of 1 hour and told him my spending limit and the maximum milage I was willing to go. He got me test driving a 2013 Honda that was 100% my dream minivan. He was able to pull some strings to make sure I was able to make my son's ' celebration of life " birthday party at school and when we got back he nodded the car was still there. He is such a good human and person and I will be posting his information on ALL my recommendations pages. He made sure I had some fresh gas and the car was detailed and clean.

I live in NE Washington and called local dealers with our specifications, all local dealers were 2-4 months out. Salesperson Lexi called me during my commute to clarify all our needs in a Crosstrek. She got the car ready for my arrival! After traveling 300+ miles I arrived to a positive helpful sales team. Eric in financing helped me through the process in such a positive & educational way that financing was painless and I finished informed, confident, and happy with my decision.

For years I have stayed out of car dealerships to avoid the "sales experience". Tacoma Subaru is truly the exception to the rule. Yoshy and Keith listen to you very carefully and you get the feeling that their priority is you and your comfort and satisfaction. It was a pleasure to buy my new Outback from them. They made sure that I not only got the model I wanted, but I was convinced I got a good deal. I can't say enough good things about them and my impression of the dealership. First off, we would like to thank Nate our sales rep, and David the financing manager at Subaru of Tacoma, for being so great to us on our first ever NEW car buying experience. We got a 2023 Crosstrek Sport and We were fortunate enough to get the color we wanted, and the model we wanted. Luckily, it was the last of its kind because apparently they aren't getting anymore of that color ( cool khaki grey ) in at this location for the rest of the year. The price was as good as it gets compared to other locations in the area. Our car only had 7 miles on it when we took it for a first ever test drive other than what the dealer had driven it. Thank you guys for being there and giving us a great experience. We look forward to coming down and meeting Jenna and getting to much better understand all the features and gadgets of our new car. Just bought my 2024 Forester and I am thrilled with Tacoma Subaru's customer service. No high pressure sales tactics or slieght of hand. They just explained the deal and sold me a car in the friendliest way possible. I would recommend talking to Anthony in sales and David in finance.

Molly was who worked with us to get the car and she made the whole experience amazing! She was knowledgeable of the cars, extremely honest and straight forward. Made the whole process a very stress free, streamlined experience. We waited for a Cascade green 2023 Forester that was in transit, and she ended up getting us one that was even better, but still same color and on the day we wanted it! David was who we signed the paperwork with and he was also amazing. Very welcoming and understanding of our financial needs and was able to work with us to get the best price we could for the warranty package that would best fit with our mileage/lifestyle. They have 100% made us lifetime customers and we will definitely recommend them for anyone wanting to buy a Subaru!

I love this place!! I have never been to a dealership that had wanted to be sure that I felt comfortable with buying a new vehicle from them with absolutely no pressure in buying one from them, as well. They just wanted to insure that I got the exact vehicle that I wanted… even though I did my research and truly didn’t know what I really wanted yet… still. Also, this was my first time buying a new vehicle before let alone a Suburu!
So, when they said they wanted to be sure that I got the vehicle I wanted rather than just ones that were available to them at the time, we even went inside to check to see what vehicles they had coming in and other options from other Suburu locations that they could trade out if there was another one that I was interested in instead to make sure I knew all my options.
All in all, I ended up getting the exact Suburu I wanted in the exact color I wanted with the right package for myself and my family☺
Everyone I spoke to there, even the people I wasn’t actually working with directly were all very kind and helpful in their own way. Our salesman, Jeff, was amazing to hold the vehicle for me once it came in after the previous buyer changed their mind on it. Some others that had helped us, as well, like Dustin with the trade-in, Billy with the finances and paperwork, and even Jenna and Savanna(I don’t know if I spelt that correctly or not, my bad) with explaining and going through everything in the vehicle. I definitely understand my vehicle so much more now, honestly, btw😅
