The Bouqs Co. Flower Studio

I went to the Beverly Hills location to grab some flowers for a friend recovering in the hospital. The staff was friendly, the bouquets were beautiful and they share a storefront with Alfred Coffee. They don't have a lot, but there is a lot of street parking and a city lot down the street (with 1st 2 hours free).

Great service and friendly staff. When the driver had difficulty finding the proper delivery location, they added a complimentary upgrade to my bouquet. Would definitely recommend!

Great flower shop, or better yet, plant shop. They sell a variety of planted plants. Nice kinds, giftable kinds. Fancy giftable kinds for last minute gifts.

Ordered a batch of 36 pink roses for my mom’s birthdays — the presentation itself was beautiful but the roses had browning edges — they definitely weren’t fresh and were already dying when they came. I ordered a mason jar with it and it didn’t come so I went on their site to chat with customer service and they were pretty good with the refund — their customer service system via chat is pretty stellar and quick so that part is good. But this location in particular doesn’t bring the best flowers, but I have been gifted flowers for delivery from bouqs before and they were great. The company does sell nice flowers; I just wouldn’t recommend getting them from this location!

Not sure how this was so highly rated in media because the whole thing is a sham. Your flowers will not arrive the day you request. They won’t update you about it. Customer service only reachable via chat or email. You can’t call them. Flowers look like they are made by 7-11.

Update 2/29: after leaving the above review, I was contacted by another customer service member, Nurfaiza, who had seen it. She offered to send a replacement Bouq, one that I had expressed interest in previously, that would ship from them instead of a local florist. With this method, more quality control and I would be updated on shipping and delivery. The Bouq took a few days longer, but arrived and was very lovely. Updating rating to 3 stars for this redemption by customer service.

Where to begin? If I could give this establishment a negative 100 I would without hesitation and all due to the person answering the phone, I believe Her name is Rizza. I called in to get pricing for flowers for 4 events I will be hosting which could very well equal over $250k in sales for Buqs and this person was cut dry, disrespectful and very unprofessional. I will continue to take my business elsewhere.

This message is for the Owners of Buqs. This is not the first time someone has mentioned having issues at your location with this person and despite those reports, I tried giving you guys a shot. She is pushing away a lot of business for you guys. Perhaps if you get rid of thus person, I will reconsider bringing you guys a lot of business and so will others. Thank you so much!

I ordered flowers on Saturday to arrive Next Day, they did Not arrive Sunday, they did not arrive on Monday. They finally arrived on Tuesday. The flowers were fine, but in the future Costco online has deluxe fresh flowers that I think are nicer and if they say next day they deliver next day. I was disappointed with the overall experience.

My friend ordered a birthday flower for me and it never get delivered. When you place the order there’s no place to write down the photo number, so the delivery man cannot call you. Never ever place an order at this store!!!

Would not purchase from them again. Besides their attractive website I was Pretty disappointed. Half the flowers were dead. Only a few of the pretty ones were in the bouquet received than what was shown in the photograph on the website. After throwing the dead ones away the bouquet became half its size.

My flowers arrived in “dying” mode. I emailed the company and asked for a refund and they refused. Terrible quality flowers and Customer Service. If you like almost dead flowers to be delivered to your loved ones order away

Everything is in slow motion in there. No sense of customer service, they all must be laid back and high since they can’t remember a anything I tell them 5 seconds after, being asked can you tell me what you needed again. Felt like the twilight zone.
