I absolutely love coming to this office! Initially I was hesitant because I’m not a big fan of going to the dentist, but immediately I felt at ease. The office is very nice and clean and inviting when you first walk in. The staff greeted me upon my arrival and were very helpful during the intake process. I was only waiting in the lobby for about 15 Minutes before I was called to the back. One assistant in particular named Brittany was very helpful and thorough in explaining the process step by step. She was so pleasant and this made me feel even more comfortable because for me personally, that is the main experience that I strive to have… is feeling comfortable and welcomed in a setting such as the dentist! We all know that for some, going to the dentist can cause an little anxiety because you really don’t know what’s fully going on in your mouth until they tell you. All in all I had to get a temporary crown placement that I was super nervous about but the procedure went extremely well! I was also able to get a cleaning during my appointment which I didn’t expect but was elated about nonetheless. The front staff assisted me with scheduling a follow up appointment for my second permanent placement and I was on my way. All in all I spent a total of an hour and a half inside the office from entry to exit. This was much better than other experiences I’ve had elsewhere where I am used to sitting in a dental office for 2-3 hours at best. Thank you all so much for the awesome experience!

The waiting area was clean and comfortable, which immediately puts me at ease. My appointments are always thorough and informative. Always have good experiences when I come in. They have heavy online and text presence to make life easier for filing out any paper work, medical updates and appointments. Clean and friendly environment. Front desk are very friendly and helpful. Dentist and hygienist are personable and knowledgeable. Appreciate coming here and would recommend this office

My experience at Hermosa Smiles was great! The office was very clean and front office staff was great. I saw Dr. Yusuf and she truly made me feel comfortable the whole time. I've had a fear of going to the dentist for years until seeing Dr. Yusuf. She was gentle and made the procedure go by painlessly. She has got a patient for life!

All the staff here are so friendly, which makes every visit a great experience. I feel like the dental providers actually care about addressing my dental care needs. I never get any upselling vibes which is what I don’t like about many other dental offices. Recommend!

When my childhood dentist that I had been going to for 20+ years retired I was in need of something new. I noticed that Hermosa Smiles was right by my house so I decided to check it out.

I was pleasantly surprised to find a cool office and dentist in Dr. Oates. The receptionist was super friendly and all the paperwork was done online making things a lot easier. I particularly liked the waiting room with a TV and even video game system for kids. While I waited there was even a TV attached to the chair that Dr. Oates used to look at my xrays that I could also watch whatever channel I wanted while I waited. Defiantly a cool touch. All aspects of the office felt as though they were designed from the perspective of a patient.

As far as the actual dentistry was concerned, all of the equipment was brand new and state of the art. The xrays were all digital and had both teeth as well as a full jaw scanner. They also had a cool camera where I could see every nook and cranny of my teeth. Dr. Oates was very professional in the way everything was explained while also being very laid back and engaging. Seeing him interact with his staff made it seem more like friends working together than a sterile medical environment. That was a breath of fresh air.

Whether it is for the atmosphere, the technology or the friendly Dr. Oates and staff, I would definitely recommend going to Hermosa Smiles.

I've been going for many years now and always get great service. Easy check in process, quick xray techs, super hygienist(Jonathan) and smooth check out. Office is clean and up to date with newer tech. Nothing but good things to say about Dr. Oates, Dr Sharma and crew.

Marti is the best dental hygienist I ever worked with. She’s patient and funny! She does a great job and hurts less than any other hygienist I have tried before.
