I was thrilled to find that a Haibike (and other eBike brands) dealer was in town. I bought my Haibike from them one year ago and have been more than pleased with the crew at Open Trails. I consider them to be friends, and not just some people that run a shop. They are doing a lot to promote eBiking in Santa Clarita and are active in holding group rides as well as admining the So Cal E-MTB Facebook group.

Very Friendly environment. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable on their bikes. At no point during my experience did I feel pushed to buy any of their accessories or bikes. Highly recommend this shop.

My husband I just picked up our new Aventon Lev2 bikes and couldn't be any happier. Ben and Sam are unmatched when it comes to customer service and knowledge. We drove from Mammoth Lakes, Ca to purchase from them. We will certainly be spreading the word of these two incredible business owners who know what they are selling. Sam and Ben are the coolest most helpful dudes I’ve ever encountered at a bike shop. Extremely reasonable pricing, has done great work on my surron and all around a great shop. Highly suggest this place for surron/electric bike needs over any other place

Sam and Ben are the best. Ben helped my wife Becky yesterday set up a bulls ebike yesterday to fit her to a tee. She is overjoyed. It is a pleasure to deal with a bike shop like Open Trails, where the employees are experts. Much different than bike shops in the Antelope Valley where they higher kids who don't know what they are doing to work on your bike.

Sam has always been super helpful. When I bought a used e-bike from my friend he was able to look it over and fix all the small issues for a super reasonable price.
I would highly recommend for service and purchase. Very user friendly and just nice people!

Small but well stocked ebike shop(good quality brands, unlike many others found in the LA area), test rode a couple, they were well tuned and rode nicely. Person who helped us was very knowledgeable and helpful. Great little shop, wish I had one near home!

This place is where you should go for your E-bike needs! Sam and Ben both provide outstanding technical and customer service each and every time. Unbeatable prices for their services offered and chill vibes at the shop. Few places inspire loyalty these days, their shop does.

Man this shop just doesn't have enough good reviews. I'm not from this area but I am glad this is where I found the bike I was looking for. If you are looking for a EMB this is the place. Sam was very helpful and knowledgeable. With the information of what I want to be able to do and the limitations of my riding ability Sam was able to set me up with the right bike. Ben was in the shop too and when it came to choosing gear Ben was supportive and helped me narrow down some good choices. These guys explained in detail the components on my new e bike and how to operate each one. Everything was covered, battery, drive train, shocks, motor, what to do what not to do, even riding club invites. Not only that but I got some pretty amazing discounts as well! Be sure they have a bike you ate looking for if you're wanting to purchase one. They have reasonable rates on rentals too. Good warranty coverage and guarantee for repairs or replacement in shop under the manufacturer warranty. Super happy and hope they fair well!

I bought a Haibike 5 years ago from a shop down in Orange County. I live in Simi Valley and had a warranty issue come up and a good friend referred me to Open Trails Ebikes. Sam was great and got me taken care of and I am satisfied with the results. Since then, I referred my son in law after he crashed and broke some parts on his haibike. He took his in for repairs and replacement parts and was equally satisfied. I highly recommend them.

Very friendly and helpful, I was able to demo several of the E-Mountain Bikes before deciding on what to buy as I am new to E-Bikes and have not ridden a mountain bike for a couple years since I had kids. They were able to give me the best deal around and showed me some trails around the area during some demos. I felt like I was buying from a friend rather than a business. Couldn't be happier with the bike I chose and all the extra tools, parts and accessories. Thank you Sam and all the team members who helped me out over there. Definitely going to continue to use them for servicing and repairs if its beyond my ability.

Staff was friendly, Sam was very knowledgeable. We had some initial issues when we got the bike home, but they got everything sorted out for us and readjusted when we got back. Extremely helpful, and the ebikes are a lot of fun.
