Is the front desk the daughter of the doctor or what? I’ve never seen a ruder receptionist than her, and despite all the bad reviews against her on google, she’s still not fired lol. Although the doctor is not too nice either to be fair lol.

Beware, Dr. Kimberly Chan's office will charge you a copay for a routine physical even if your insurance plan already covers it and does not require a copay. I went in for back pain issues last week then came back this week for my annual physical and was told they "already did it last week" which they did not and simply refused to see me. I will call my insurance to ensure they do not pay them for a physical that was NOT done. And If a physical was done like they claim then why did I get charged? I didn't even get lab work done. They refused to see me last year as well when I was having breathing problems even after I had proof of a negative covid test. They don't care about your health. Liars. Terrible service. Terrible place. Rude receptionist.

Rude, sloppy, the only thing she want is take a benefit from your insurance and Medicare. I will never visit her again!!!!

Dr Kimberly is rude. She does not take the time to care. Too much in a rush.
