Great place. Been a member for a few months, come in three times a week and it is always a positive experience. Good selection of equipment and friendly folks. Happy to support high quality local businesses.

I've been training with Jason for about year. The facility is very well kept, clean, and I feel extremely safe during these difficult times. After searching for gyms in the area I found Jason the owner very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend this facility especially if your concerned about your health and safety. He's taken all measures possible to ensure everything is taken care of.

Place is the perfect size and trainer is top notch. I don't know of any other place where you can get personal training from the owner.

I train with Hakan. I have had had many trainers in the past 15 years. But Hakan is the best trainer by far. Hakan is extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of training, dietary, and recovery. I have lost a few inches and become stronger since I started training with Hakan. I really appreciate all his encouragement. Thank you Hakan for being in my life.

The people who work out here are serious about their health. They're not here to flirt or meet people. I find that a plus.
