The Key - Formerly 123 Home Care

Our first contact with 123 was very professional and well handled. Within one hour, we were able to understand what was being offered and set up a schedule that was needed. Each of the caregivers was professional and understood what was needed. It was great not being tied in to a rigid schedule. We were able to implement the original plan and then tailor it as necessary. Never having experienced this type of situation before, we were a bit concerned about how to proceed and how it would work out. It turned out to be simple, professional and well done!

As an employee, I am glad to be working with staff that communicates, glad to meet and provide care for alot of veterans, teachers, athletes, engineers, and hard working Americans. As a caregiver, I think the older we get the harder life gets, any senior would love companionship, a good cook, and care, and some want their privacy, I completely understand. As a person, I remember every one of my clients and the time we spent having laughs. My coworkers are very nice and I might be a young adult but I feel like a wise man from hearing everyones stories!

Wow what can say the best management ever. I love my job to the fullest and also every staff and management team is so awesome. Jordan and Gray and of course the Lovely April I mean just all of them phenomenal human beings.

These guys have stand up professionals working for them! Give them a shot!

Best company ever to work for!!!!

Worse place I ever worked for they got rid of me from a case for no reason they picked favoritism to a caregiver that wouldn't do nothing but boss other caregivers around she slammed doors very disrespectful to clients home yelled in front of client i reported it and they did nothing she left smelly trash, food on floor after her shift left laundry in washer and dryer so other caregivers can clean after her they didn't care about the client obviously client complained that she would leave her alone I recorded client talking about that caregiver named LUZ and the key did nothing! DONT TRUST THIS COMPANY THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THE CLIENTS! They never call back even if theirs a problem with clients care.

I got services from this agency two years ago and it was good then as 123 Home Care. But when I tried to sign up for services again as the Key, it is complete disaster. I've been on the phone with them for eight hours and they can't figure out which office is supposed to provide services. They tried to connect to office that is four hours away! Their system doesn't work at all.

I don't care for this agency at all and wouldn't dare recommend and one to not only work for these people but have your family be in the care with there staff.
But there was a black young man who took great awesome care of my father before his passing I'll never for get Antone Cook and I'll tell the whole wide world this young man was a light to my family and took care of things for me for my father that I couldn't do. I'm not sure if hesh still employed with these people but I pray not he needs to start his own caregiving business hack I'll invest in him. Just a phenomenal human being! He was a great fit for all families... How ever 123homecare is a horrible business

Recruiter and receptionist where rude and mean. They looked for more things wrong then good. They lost my personal information contained important information. Never return calls or emails. Said that they were to busy. Lies about pay and he's and availability

so disappointed !!! not one of the caregivers were qualified to deal with what we needed and had been explained over and over again. I had to find qualified caregivers on my own - which were much cheaper and completely qualified

I was a Caregiver applicant to this agency. The interviewer seems to be really mean. No wonder you have a low rating

They have 0 stability. 0 reliability and 0 trust worthy.
