My wife and I went here on a weekday at noon, and it got very busy very quickly. We sat at the bar rather than wait for a table, which was fine with us. The staff was friendly and made us feel at home. The place has its own decor of things the owners have collected up. This time I ordered the seafood pot pie, and my wife ordered the fish sandwich. The order seemed to take awhile but they were busy and we weren’t in a hurry. When it arrived, the pot pie looked wonderful. Unfortunately it was not very hot inside. I asked if it could be heated some more and the waiter was great, apologized, and returned it in a few minutes. This time it was piping hot, which is what I expect when at a restaurant. I guess traveling to other places around the world spoiled me, but I refuse to accept food that is practically at room temperature as seems to be in vogue here in the US. Now, my my wife’s fish sandwich was outstanding, on a soft hoagie bun, with a side of tasty tarter sauce. We also ordered a side of onion rings which were excellent too, hot, crispy, and perfectly cooked. We’ve eaten at Piccadilly several time and never have really been disappointed. Did I mention the full bar?, however no draft beer.

Great pot pies. We did not call soon enough to get a reservation and had to wait about 30 minutes. They cook to order so pot pies take 30 minutes.

Our waitress was excellent, and made great drinks! The atmosphere managed to be somewhat pub like without losing the local diner feel, if that’s at all possible ; ) besides offering a great basic menu, there are also a wide range of frozen take-home dishes (including lasagna, blackberry cobbler, and bread pudding) so it makes it possible to get lunch and bring home dinner at the same time. I ordered the Meltdown, which definitely lived up to what it’s name alluded to- melted cheese in ample quantities- presented on satisfyingly buttery crisp toast. The fries that came with were nice and crisp too, but not overdone. I’m most likely going to try the chicken pot pie the next time I visit. This was a great find in a charming little building.

This is a great neighborhood place. Had the seafood pot pie on special. My wife got the meltdown (patty melt). Everyone here was extremely nice and welcoming.

The pot pie was next level, I'm sure the normally available chicken and beef are just as well made. The burger is incredibly well seasoned and tastes perfect.

Love going here. The pot pies and the fried chicken are notable dishes.
Service is great. Enjoy the location tucked back in the Maplewood neighborhood.
Also, great value in terms of what you get for the money!

Home cooked food prepared fresh when you order.
Best Mayfair dressing in town, plus call ahead one day, and you can buy some from them.
It's better than any salad dressing you can buy in the stores.
If you love pot pies, they have scrumptious chicken and sometimes seafood pot pie.
Today's special ribs, beans, and coke slaw and the patty melt all of it was scumptous.
Meet an old friend today for lunch, and it was so nice to sit & visit while snacking on The Crispy Chicken Salad, Lil Brother has the Seafood Pot Pie, then Apple Crisp with Ice Cream
Big Shout out to Chris, thanks for fabulous service.
New Hours 11:00am to 4:00 pm for winter hours. Now take home dinners offered too from Lasagna, Pot Pies, Fried Chicken, and more.

May Update:
We stopped by for lunch today after running around handing family issues. Always a quiet, casual place for a relaxing lunch.
John, our waiter, was fabulous as always, hint he's in the kitchen cooking on Wednesdays.
Appetizers were Onion Rings and Mayfair dinner salad. Thus was the first time for the onion rings, which were just the right crunch and flavor. The dinner salad with their homemade Mayfair dressing is my favorite of all-time salads.
Entrees were the Meltdown for me, and little brother had the Smoked Prime Rib sandwich special.
The crunch on the outside of the Meltdown is so tasty, along with 2 cheeses. You can have 3 Swiss, American, or Velveeta,I get 2 American and Velveeta.
Now, the Prime Rib sandwich special sold put before I could get one. But, little brother got his and said it was so tender and smokey to make it even more scrumptious.
Only on Tuesday will you find the Prime Rib sandwich special as Saturday they have a Prime Rib dinner special any meat leftover is used on Tuesday sandwich special.

July Update:
Fried Chicken 4 piece dinner freshly fried when you order with mashed potatoes and gravy along with green beans for $16.00
Special Fall Off the Bone Ribs, baked beans and cole slaw.

I have been coming here since a friend introduced me to it about 7 years ago. I have never once had a bad meal here. Not once. The servers are always so kind, and it’s just a place that you walk in and immediately feel like your at a friends for dinner. The patio is amazing during warm months.

They are truly just one of my favorite places to continually go. The short rib pot pie is my go to- it’s life changing.

My grand daughter, Talia, and I ate there for the first time yesterday. We had a wonderful experience. Talia had grilled cheese with bacon and fries. I had a cheeseburger with fries. The food was great. The service was friendly and fast. We will eat there again. Thanks to McGraw Milhaven for recommending this restaurant.

Always a good place to go for lunch or dinner. They do have outside dining if sitting inside isn't your thing. Nice atmosphere and great staff, foods good to. Definitely recommend trying the wings "our way".

Ladies waiting tables were super. Younger servers at most places just care about the tip and not the service. But at Piccadilly they actually care about the customer. Will be back

Great place. I love there fried chicken and they have the best potpies. Only issue is because they are so good it may be hard to get in.

The absolute best hometown spot! Everything was so great from the food to drinks. You can eat could eat here everyday and never get tired of it. You just gotta try the home style award winning pot pies! Everything is made to order hot and fresh as fast as possible. Not fast food but, faster than other restaurants that I’ve been to.

Wonderful off the beaten path local restaurant. Great prices, amazing upgraded homestyle food. I ordered the chicken pot pie ($12!) Super flaky puff pastry top with a scrumptious inside. 10/10 would chow again. Also had a great strawberry rhubarb cobbler. Fairly good bar selection as well. Definitely a gem, wish I would have found this place long ago!

Tiny place with a limited menu does not mean limited taste. My friend and I both opted for specials. One got pot roast (pix attached) and the other, seafood pot pie. Yummy!!
