My experience with the mattress firm in Alhambra has been always great. We have bought over six mattresses and four bed frames from them. My interaction with everyone there has been amazing. Most recently I worked with Matthew who is the team leader/manager there. I went to him about two months ago, and he patiently listened to my needs and gave me several options. I walked out of there with no purchase order in hand, but a paper that I could very easily come back and work with anyone to do a purchase order. we did not go back given life happening to us. I just walked in today with my wife and father and he remembered every bit of our conversation. His patience, sense of humor, great customer service won us over in a heartbeat once again. We are at a point now that when it comes to furnishing bedrooms, beds, and mattresses we have none other but mattress firm in Alhambra in mind. We have stopped going elsewhere. I highly recommend the mattress firm In Alhambra.

I went to Mattress Firm in Alhambra to look at a new bed for my son. Jeffrey help us and provided us with superior customer service. He worked with the budget I wanted to stay in. He gave us a great selection of Mattresses to look at and try out. But most importantly he focused on our son and on what he felt was comfortable for him. Thank you Mattress Firm for the excellent customer service. I purchased an adjustable base for my bed. I really love it. However, it started to malfunction. The staff at Mattress Firm assisted me with replacing the broken one with a new one. I appreciate the swift and excellent customer support

My wife and I went to get a mattress. We were immediately greeted by the store sales person. He was very polite. Asked us what we we looking for, then offered to show us their selection. He didn't rush us, but allowed us to lay on few until we found the one that was the right feel, and price. He offered some suggestions, but wasn't pushy. Got us a deal, and it will be delivered tomorrow. I'm sure I will be satisfied. It was an all around great experience.

The store was great, but the best part is the service. Jeff was great in assisting us and letting us try every mattress. He was very accessible and encouraged us to ask as many questions as possible. We called back to change out delivery and his associates were all extremely helpful and kind. Overall a great experience.

As I’ve gotten older, my lower back hurt every morning. Our mattress wasn’t that old but seemed off. I wasn’t sure if it was the mattress, or my age!
We went to Mattress Firm and were warmly greeted by the staff, Skye and Jasmine. Matthew was the associate who helped us out. He took his time and was so patient with us. There was no pressure, and he was knowledgeable about everything!! He recommended beds based on our sleep positions (side and stomach sleepers) and concerns (adjustable and big enough for the dogs). We tried a few and ended up with a bed we love. Huge shoutout to Matthew for all his help and professionalism!

Jeff & Matt made me feel like I was home. Accommodated me, and my one-year-old as we were shopping for new mattress. These guys gave me deal of a lifetime and made sure I was going to sleeping good. appreciate both of them definitely sending them BBQ invites!

The service at Commonwealth is top tier. I stopped in with the intent to price comparison shop but left with a new mattress that will deliver in just 2 days. Additionally, I was not persuaded to purchase the most expensive option. One of the sales specialists, Frankie, took the time to ask about my sleeping habits (and preferred sleeping position) to make sure I select the best comfort level and firmness. I highly recommend the Commonwealth Mattres Firm, and Frankie.

I recently visited the mattress store, and I must say, the service was outstanding! The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and helped me find the perfect mattress to suit my needs. They took the time to understand my preferences and guided me through a wide range of options. The delivery was prompt, and the setup was hassle-free. The exceptional service truly sets this store apart.

Matthew was super helpful in directing me towards twin mattresses for my kids. Although it doesn't look like a huge selection, Matthew was great at helping me find mattresses efficiently and at a reasonable price point. His communication was clear and he cares about his customers. Matthew made the entire process really easy and I felt like I was in and out very quickly while getting what I needed.

The salesman was Frankie and he was very helpful and nice. Although he had another customer in the store, he greeted us and looked after everybody. He alternated between the first customer and us and made sure no one was ignored.

Second time purchasing a mattress and accoutrement from the Alhambra location. Wonderful experience on both occasions. Super nice sales reps who aren’t pushy, listen and assess your needs and criteria in order to find the best mattress for you. Delivery with mattress removal is included and they always have rad bundle deals (we got a mattress cover with sheet set and pillow for $50, wha?!). Highly recommend!

Recommended by my son who had a very positive experience there previously. So glad he did. The employee Jeffrey at the Alhambra store was a great help finding the best product for my needs. Extremely friendly and able to give clear information and answer any concerns I might have. I will encourage others to buy here in the future.

Attentive and knowledgeable staff, Jazmin and Mathew are a great team. They taught me what were the important features of the mattress and why it was worth spending the extra money. I went past my budget yet I know I’m getting my moneys worth and paying for the quality. 10 year warranty and free electronic adjustable base were a great plus! Highly recommended and will return in the future!

Jeffrey gave myself and my boyfriend one of the best sales experiences one can ever experience. We were looking for a new mattress to replace his old one of 10+ years and Jeffrey took the time to demonstrate and explain each of the 3 technologies they use to determine which mattress is best for you. He’s very charismatic and it is very easy to have conversation with him. He was not pushy and allowed us to explore the lower end of the bed costs. He even stayed after hours to ensure all of our concerns were addressed. We ended up buying a mattress and adjustable base and couldn’t be happier with our purchase. We would highly recommend Mattress Firm and Jeffrey for anyone looking to improve their sleep and quality of life!

Sales person took time to show me the quality of mattress at first I picked. Towards the middle of conversation he stated excellent details on another mattress. I actually purchase two queen mattress.
