Great staff. Very helpful and knowledgeable. I've been coming here for years. I don't even know what I need when I go but I ask and they have really creative ideas and are very enthusiastic about helping. You can tell they are the party planners for sure.

I brought in about 100 balloons to be inflated, and they were delivered. The delivery address was outside of their service area, but they accommodated me, because my local store did not have helium(which was a real common issue amongst party stores, large & small).

EXTREMELY helpful employees! I was in a last minute bind and needed balloons delivered for a baby shower I was hosting and they really made it happen for me. 11/27/22 approx 12pm. They went above and beyond, and they're efforts made all the difference in the decor of my event. They worked as a team and handled multiple orders with ease and professionalism. Very grateful for those two, this store is lucky to have them working there.

Super great employees! Ran in last minute, about 30 minutes before closing to get latex balloons inflated. Great selection of decorations for any themed party! Wasn't busy so my wait was short!

Went early during the week on 01/28 which was a Thursday. There was only one young lady working at that time (from what I could tell) and she was extremely helpful and very nice despite being there alone and helping multiple people at the same time. Good job!!!!

My son loves this place. Not only can you find party supply but they have different toys. They have mystery boxes, bags and squishmallows. They have the buzzlight year funko pops. They also have chocolate theme squishmallows and lol mini surprise.

I bought a birthday balloon bouquet for my daughter; birthday garland and supplies.

Clean. Friendly. Nice variety. Deli. Florists. Starbucks. Pharmacy. I don't like that you enter 1 door & have to exit on the other side of the store but I get that it's for safety.

Well this is no longer party city it is actually now a big lots. Nice friendly service. Only down fall I see is that this and many other biglots no longer offer the wheelchair for those who are handicapped ♿. But with covid 19 i understand if this is a precautionary measure.

Great customer service! It looks like they may be under staffed but not once did the staff show sign of frustration of being so busy.

This is the spot to go to for a party or any occasion your planning on having because they have everything you need all in one store decorations, costumes, accessories, balloons and maybe even more things I cant even name. But totally worth going if you're in a rush and have no where else to go this spot here will have it all for sure.

Love the variety of choices. I found lots of parties supplies, gift ideas. Have discounts on items all the time. I can always buy something.for my needs.

Found a roulette game with spin wheel, game mat and normal size chips for $20! The staff is helpful and very friendly.
