Dorian was so nice and helpful and answered all of my many, many, questions during the rental process.

We have been through a storage unit burglary in Texas. So, I'm always super apprehensive about storage units, since then, and a stickler for security. I really appreciate their high tech approach to security.

Kelly, I believe, has also helped me, and she was very nice, as well.

I've only had my unit for a week or so and have only been there once, but this is by far the best public storage facility I've used. There are no keys, no codes, everything is done right from your phone, even opening the gates!! I absolutely love it and wish all of them were like this. The front desk person was extremely helpful and friendly. I'd recommend this place to anyone

Hands down, the best storage facility I've ever seen. It is super clean. The rental process can be completed online or in person. So easy to get set up. I love that the app does all of the keyless entry to the facility and the unit.

This is by far the best storage place I have ever used, and I've seen a lot. The first point is that I did not have to meet someone and sign physical paperwork, it was all done over the phone.
I did not have to buy some crazy lock for the unit either so I did not lose a key etc. The app is simple and straight forward which made using it easy all the things you need are on the page. There's a button to help you find your unit and it's a loud beeping. You use your phone for the elevator your unit and the gates.

Dorian and Kelly are the best!! They are very communicative and friendly and helped me decide what size unit would be best suited for my needs. 10/10 recommend storing with them

I enjoy the ability to access my storage unit without having to bother anyone. It is easy to use. As well, filling out the contract online is super convenient and easy to manage. The bluetooth capability is cool though when in the structure my phone acts like the bluetooth isn't on. It has here and there.

The young lady helped us through the process, which was not easy as we were getting phone calls and text messages the whole time. She was patient, fun and engaging. If I could give her 10 stars I would:-)

I’ve been a customer at both the Orchard street and 38th street locations and had a positive experience with each. The process from signing up to signing out were very simple & straightforward. Being able to access the facility with an app was very convenient, and any time I needed to speak to a person they were available, responsive and helpful. Would use them again and would recommend.

Went into Daffodil Storage today and I was really surprised with how efficient the entire process was. Kent the service rep showed me the options for units, location and how to easily access the building. The grounds were neat and tidy and he answered all of my questions. Kent was knowledgeable and professional. Thank you for the great service and for making my move easier.

I felt very welcome by the employee and she was very helpful(her customer service skill was excellent). I do like the fact that you don’t need your own lock(padlock) because storage/unit already had a lock with it!

What a fantastic place! We have had the most positive experience from start to finish. Every person there has been so accommodating and kind. We have been in the process of selling our home and first had to start 'de-cluttering' with a small storage space and from the start Daffodil was wonderful. We got tons of discounts to start, very clean storage unit and there are carts to help you load up your unit on site. Saved our backs! Then we were nearing closing on our home and had to frantically scramble to find a place for our things since they buyers wanted to close sooner than we thought. Daffodil was there to help us out, pro-rated us a unit since it was already into the month, reserved a space and their truck! Sherri was so great to talk to on the phone, like a person I had known forever, and really made this process a little less stressful. I would come back here again and again. Fantastic place!

I am a returning customer and will undoubtedly return repeatedly as the need arises. I have always felt that my items were safe and secure from theft and weather. Access has been easy and I really like the zone security system. No other storage facility provides the level of security, comfort, and weather protection than Daffodil Storage. The particular facility in Tacoma, having once been the location of the Tacoma Police station is centrally located for easy access to I-5, SR-16, downtown Tacoma, or Lakewood which is an added convenience. As for the staff, I have always found the people to be helpful, courteous, and compassionate to the point that I strive to make their work easier and pleasant when I am working with them. Overall, Daffodil Storage has been a long-time resource for my storage needs and, at one time, my office needs---I also rented office space.

The older guy that helped me get my unit was very helpful and nice. Facility is nice too.
I found on Daffodil's website 50% off the first two months and I was sold. For a 10x15!
1 hidden fee I guess you can call it, insurance. 11$ for the cheapest one so whatever it's fine. 5* out of 5*

The staff at daffodil storage were friendly and informative to say the least. Their facility is very top notch, and very secure. I definitely recommend these guys to anyone needing to store their belongings as the security of daffodil brings great piece of mind knowing your stuff is safe. Rates are very competitive as well.

had a 30 july 2016 reservation, but had to request an earlier date. the folks at the Tacoma store were more than helpful. they were able to get me in and had a space in the size I requested. easy access to the storage units plenty of room for most items in a house. will recommend them for future storage

I feel like daffodil storage, when I needed storage space safety and security Was My number one priority as musician., studio engineer . The staff is friendly very personable . Im on a first name basis with most of the employees . Sherri , has been helpful Im happy with this service that I’ve had for a going on two years . You never know why you would need they but when you do they are very professional always on the time . This was one of my good investments .
