I love J. Jill but can no longer afford their clothes and they're not that terribly expensive for what they sell and their clothes do last and they have some basic to slightly modern clothes that I think are good for the working woman which I am now not. I think they're worth a visit and always check their sale rack they have great things on their Sale rack all the time

This is my favorite J.Jill store!! Between the sale and my card, lots of cute clothes on the cheap (but NEVER looks cheap)!

People not very nice

I walked in & was not greeted! When It came time for me to pay I stood there at the register about 5 mins until I told the rude employee I was ready to pay & her response was “I’ll be there in a min” as she sat there and gossiped with another employee! I had to wait until she was done gossiping so I could pay!! If it wasn’t because I had to buy a gift I would have left! Completely rude and stuck up employees! Horrible

I was use to shopping at the Valencia Store ,which was closed.The sales ladies in Valencia were great. I went to Sherman oaks and the sales ladies were rude and didn't even greet me when I enter the store. They need to take customer service training from the Valencia ladies.

Ani ("part time manager") was absolutely rude and unprofessional. I love shopping at JJill yet thinking of her negative attitude and behavior, I will be sure to avoid shopping at the Sherman Oaks location.
