After much research reaching a dead end... I came across Monkey Wrench reviews describing not only my device flaws but included a positive reason why this product was good for most people. A fair professional opinion to educate the public. Not PUSH a product. Go to their website, it's amazing. Their experience in all things plumbing...is impressive.

I made an appointment with Monkey Wrench Plumbing. Luis showed up Johnny on the spot with shoe covers on, I thought that was very considerate of him. Through his knowledge and expertise delivered a resolution that he thoroughly explained in layman’s terms which I truly appreciated. I found through our conversation that he was trustworthy and honest. And most impressive, he did not charge me which left me in disbelief. I highly recommend Monkey Wrench Plumbing. Their work ethics and morals for the consumer exceeds expectations of any plumbing company I have ever encountered.

Great teamwork. Jeremy offered valuable insights and suggestions about how best to address heating issues with the old structure. Noe and his team arrived early and finished on time, leaving the home and the yard in good shape, with new wall heating units installed just ahead of the winter nights. Thanks to Noe, Dan, Alan, and one more tech who did the crawling under the house. And additional thanks to the people answering my calls, who always make me feel like my call is appreciated.

Rick, our plumber, was informative, knowledgable, clear, professional, kind, creative, timely. He had extensive industry knowledge that he was able to communicate clearly to your average-Jane. I'm happy to say I learned a bit about plumbing! Joey, our dispatch, was patient, professional, organized, communicative, timely. Excellent service all around. We will complete projects with this company again in the future!

We had a particularly tricky issue with our furnace and David worked tirelessly over the course of multiple visits to track down the problem, replace parts, figure out solutions, and make sure the furnace was working again as expected. I really appreciate both is persistence and his wonderful, positive attitude and am glad to have him servicing our HVAC system.

I had an intermittent heating problem for years. Alex Garcia worked on it and brought in an expert to help solve it. THEYDID! He was very professional and knowledgeable. Also extremely friendly and courteous. Would highly recommend this company and their technicians based on my experience with Alex.

The absolute best! Timely, honest, great communication and email follow up with options. Alex helped me with my HVAC and I could not be happier with his help and advice. Love these guys so much

Mike did a very good job explaining the options available to me in regards to replacing my 15yr old water heater that no longer worked. I appreciated the time he spent and the knowledge that he shared with me in those regards. I was able to make a fully informed decision and had a new tank-less water heater by the end of the day. Job well done!! Also, Monkey Wrench impressed me with their appointment booking and communicating process.

I've used Monkey Wrench for 3 issues in my home and each time they've been great! Excellent booking and communication from their scheduling team. It's been easy to change appointments too when I've needed to.

Today I had Fred come by for an annual HVAC systems check. He was super friendly, on time, efficient, and thorough. He explained everything to me and showed me pictures too. He replaced the filter and gave me some tips. And he talked me through all the options for keeping it dust out of my system to help it last a long time. I decided to book him to come back and fully clean the HVAC.

I wish I could give 6 stars because while he was in the attic he also picked up three rodent traps that had just caught mice and put them in the trash for me. He truly went above and beyond.

I'm a happy customer and will keep coming back for the great service.

Eddie was great. He came out to inspect our new tankless water heater that was having issues, and was able to help us diagnose the problem. As part of his service, Eddie noted a number of items related to the plumbing that was done incorrectly, which would void our warranty if not addressed. Then he documented everything in a report for me so that I could take it back to my contractor and get them to correct the mistakes. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Monkey Wrench again. Extremely happy with the prompt service, all their insight, and friendly demeanor. 5 stars for sure

The whole process was smooth and quick. Josh Perez was very good at his work, he was very efficient and knew what he was doing. He also took time to explain things to me. I was very pleased with his work and his manners.

Only issue I am not 100% sure is the price I paid. Since I don't know the current average price for the water heater and installation, I can't say if I got a good deal or not but I trust Monkey Wrench charged me a reasonable price. Overall, I am very happy with how everything turned out and let's wait and see if the new water heater lasts another 10+ years, problem free. Thank you again Josh!

I had a problem with a service person and gave a 1 star review. The company was extremely responsive to my complaint and immediately rescheduled an other person…David . He was a very prompt and respectful. He solved the problem and explained the issue. Plus, he went the extra mile to make sure that I was happy and understood. He also gave me his direct number in case I had any other questions or problems. I was so pleased to have him back to settle my problem. Thank you David and James for helping me..

David from Monkey wrench is the best! Never tries to sell stuff you don't need but we have a pretty old unit so we usually need a little extra care. He's very honest & friendly & is a great representative of the company. We've been with this company for 20 years now!

Luis Castillo was professional and made sure that we understood every bit of what he was recommending to ensure our new tankless water heater would be repaired and at its most efficient. We were given flexible options to make just the fix or to add to the fix certain "necessary" upgrades. We appreciate the flexibility that allowed us to take our budget into consideration. Monkey Wrench is a bit on the pricier end but we believe it is because they are more thorough and upfront about the project, their services and the cost it will take perform them. They don't underbid to get the work and then "nickel and dime" their clients while doing the job--we paid exactly what the job was estimated to cost. We are confident that they get the job done right and if any issue(s) happen to come up, they will be responsive and stand by their work.

I've had the pleasure of experiencing top notch service from a reliable, honest and well trained technician who serviced my home. It's not often that appointments are timely kept and service is completed in a timely manner with complete satisfaction. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants their job done with complete satisfaction and professionalism.

After a week without hot water from my Navien tankless heater, I finally made the right call. Enrique came the next day and not only fixed the problem, but also suggested a recirculation device that doesn't need an extra line. Even better, all repairs were done on the spot and Enrique made absolutely sure we were happy with the results. We felt in very good hands and we will call back for our next service.

Luis tried to recreate the leak unfortunately he wasn’t successful. He provided us with good info and what possible causes it could have been without tearing out our walls. Overall we are pleased with the knowledge that he gave us and we will definitely call him back if the leak returns. Luis is professional and super helpful that he took the time explaining the things I had questions on.

We have had a fantastic experience with Michael. Booking the appointment was really smooth and he was with us within an hour. He was really knowledgeable and very quickly detected the issue we had and had thorough quotes emailed over to us with details of what that figure would cover. He worked extremely hard in the hot weather and was able to connect us with other providers for jetting and restoration. A seamless service. I highly recommend the company and Michael specifically! Alan Bolanos and his assistant Jacob worked some long hours installing our new AC system and heat pump. The old system was installed 40 years ago and it required some extensive experience to professionally “troubleshoot” the glitches and get the new equipment operating properly. We will be using Monkey Wrench in the future.
