Pavilions

This market is very nice because the products are well cared and the employees are courteous. Pavilions is like the wealthier cousin of Vons. Inside the market there’s a deli and a bakery like many other markets. But there’s also a panda express??? The market is kept clean and items are well stocked.

This is my most favorite Pavilions location because of its extensive selection of healthy products. It is conveniently located at the boundary of Hollywood and Hancock Park, and is easily accessible by driving along Vine, Rossmoor or Melrose and via the 210 metro bus. From produce to breads/breakfast items, I love seeing a variety of vegan, keto, gluten free, whole grain and organic options. There's also plenty of on-site parking. I dig their cute selection of shopping carts because they have a mini cart, medium size and a large cart for your shopping needs. On a clear sunny day, you can also see the Hollywood sign at the corner of Melrose & Vine.

This is my favorite grocery store in SoCal. Love the deli department, bakery, and produce. This place gets busy and stays busy till closing time, but well worth the wait. Used to be a Ralphs person then I realised how wrong I was. I hope the merger with Kroger does not go through, if the resulting company is more like Kroger.

The florist shop here is great. I ordered a bouquet on DoorDash and then called in for a special request. Raul was awesome he put something together quickly before the dasher arrived at it came out really nice.

Anna in the bakery and Mariana we're so pleasant and helpful. Even at 6:00 in the morning! Will definitely be back with this amazing type of customer service.

The staff are very respectful and professional. DANIEL IS MY FAVORITE CASHIER. The store is always clean. I LOVE THE APP it is a bit time consuming yet very helpful. You getting free stuff for buying stuff you already buy. I even was introduced to the SIGNATURE brands are equally tasty as household names. I prefer it. 😌

From the time I requested the restroom, 1st employee, of contact, radioed for restroom assistance. By the time a nearly reached the restroom, I overheard 2nd employee verbally request restroom assistanc3, 3rd employee responded immediately to open the door. I bought something because of the aforementioned.

It was a good experience. They had everything I needed. I had to give them my ID in order to use the driving cart, which was locked up. But, it was okay. The store was very clean. The employees were friendly.. The food from the deli was fresh and tasted amazing! I was very pleased.

I’m so happy we moved near this store! We came in tonight and shopped for some things because my wife is ill. The manager could tell we were having a rough night and he stopped at our kiosk to see if we needed help. We really appreciate how he’s extremely welcoming and helpful to us whenever we need help. I try to say hi to him whenever I’m in the store. The staff is always extremely friendly. I’ve never felt weird or followed in the store. The night manager who works the self checkout kiosks always extremely friendly. The security gent is really welcoming instead of being weary. Only thing the store can do better is keep fresher birthday cakes and cupcakes in stock. That’s a very minimal complaint and I need to eat less cake either way… Because t the staff, they all need a raise a vacation because they are the best store we go in on a regular basis! 😃

I ordered Deli Catering for a party happening in 2days but I didn’t know that they need 48 hours to prepare. So it was a last minute order and I wanted them earlier time so I called them, and the lady I talked to explained me what I can do and did her best if there’s possibility I can get them earlier!!

At first it was not good. I went in to buy a apple the ones they have at bakery and I asked a lady there to see if someone could help me. She said they were done for the day and there's was no one to help, but clearly I saw someone in there. So I went and ask a gentleman that was at the entrance and surely enough he was so kind and polite he said to give him 10 min and that he would help me out. And he did after the time he mentioned he went over and helped us out. And the lady I asked the 1st time Turner out to be the manager I was like really she shouldnt be the manager if she's not willing to help out a customer just because she was in her break. Overall I thanked that gentleman that was there he saved us.

Almost always a good experience with staple items & specialty selection being ample.

This is my favorite supermarket. We loved it but we moved. The closest one is in Pasadena. I just have to find out if they carry Schwartz Challah as well. Can't beat their bakery.

A very clean and well organized grocery store with an excellent variety of produce and cheeses! The staff were friendly and welcoming and parking made for an easy in and out. Reminds me of the Publix chains back on the east coast. My go to store from now on!

Great store in a good location. The store feels comfortable to walk through and the displays make everything easy to find. There's a Panda Express at the entrance, which is descent. The hot foods and Deli section is great but the bakery doesn't have much to offer. The meat and seafood section is good and you can find descent prices. The produce is a bit expensive but you will get quality fruit. Lanes are long sometimes but self-checkout is faster. Never any issues with parking.

Oh my goodness the Pavilions store on Melrose and Vine is magnificent. The customer service is great! If they have something you need it's fresh. If you have a request they can get it immediately. The facility is clean. The parking lot is clean, it's just a pleasant experience. I've very happy with the Deli. The items are made to perfection. The selection of projects is really good. The staff is consistently attentive and receptive. Go to this location, you will enjoy the experience.
