A meniscus tear at 55? No more soccer, running or biking?… scary!!

Right after surgery, I was determined to find the best place possible for my PT and Victory Performance had everything in place that I wanted and needed.

After six weeks I already feel a huge improvement in my recovery. I mean huge! They designed a fitness program to help me achieve my goals and they kept on modifying it according to my progress. Everyone there is so knowledgeable, professional and accommodating.

Great place, great vibe, great team of awesome and cool healers. Thank you guys!!

Victory PT is the absolute best. They’re very organized, have great therapists, and the whole place has a great family vibe. The whole experience feels highly curated and personal. I’ve seen major improvements in my hip mobility, and I always look forward to the next visit. I recommend them to anyone who needs PT!

I had a scary bicep strain from weightlifting that wasn’t getting at all better after months. I found Victory through a google search and ended up there because of the great reviews (I recognized a few names of people I work out with - turns out everyone goes here.) I’ve worked with three different PTs and they all have been are amazing, my arm pain immediately began to improve, and they’ve even been throwing in some exercises for my super tight hips.

Victory isn’t your typical PT place, there’s such a warm, welcoming vibe and lots of little touches that make it a place you’d want to hang out even if you didn’t need PT. So glad I found them!

I love Victory Performance and PT so much I seriously can’t overstate it. Started coming a few months ago when I got injured marathon training and they helped me get back to confident pain-free running in time for my race. The real highlight is the people, the vibes are always great, every session is a good time. Would 100% recommend.

All the 5 star reviews are true! If you’re reading this and debating if you need PT/if this is the right place… just book your appointment. You’ll be better in no time! I ran a marathon and a couple of weeks later found that I couldn’t even run a mile without being in pain…fast forward less than four months of Victory PT and I ran another marathon! And a week after that marathon I was running again and NO PAIN this time around! They truly are the best. You’ll set goals, you’ll get custom exercises in an app that reminds you to do them, and they all go above and beyond to support you and ask how you’re doing. Such a positive environment, everyone wants to see you succeed in whatever your goal is, everyone is so nice and really really knows what they’re doing, I wish I could stay in PT forever but they’ve fixed me.

I'm a physical therapist and value high quality care. Victory is it. I came in three months ago with nerve-like pain in my right arm- related to weakness and posture. Through a thorough exam with Santo, a great review/progression session with Miriam and then follow up appointments with CJ- I'm back to doing what I love. I had manageable symptoms within a few weeks and now I'm back to yoga and surfing without symptoms. They're experts, take time to listen and give you a treatment plan that matches your goals and your lifestyle. I got my movement back and I couldn't be happier. If you're thinking about it-- do it!!! You won't regret it.

I started going to victory 3 weeks before running my first marathon because I started experiencing knee pain and shin pain. I worked with Miriam and she was an amazing PT! She listened to my concerns and explained to me exactly what was going on. They created a perfect plan of action for me including many exercises that would help get me to the starting line healthy. I can happily say I finished my first marathon with an amazing time! Other than being awesome PTs they are also awesome people in general, everyone is so friendly, warm, and welcoming! They were also super flexible when scheduling my appointments which I appreciated. I would HIGHLY recommend to anyone looking for PT services.

Victory Performance and Physical Therapy is the best PT in town. I couldn't recommend them more! I came to Victory at the start of March because I was dealing with some pain in my right knee that had been affecting my running for a few months. After making an appointment, I met with Santos the next day for an evaluation, where he explained I most likely had a small tear in my meniscus. Throughout the process, Santos was really kind and addressed any questions or worries I had, which I appreciated!

Since then, I've been working with Miriam to help strengthen my knee. Her level of care and detail goes above and beyond! Over the last few weeks, I have been able to strengthen my knee and reduce the pain I was feeling. I've also been able to get back to running my regular distance!

Loved working with the team at Victory Performance PT to prepare for the LA Marathon. In the past I’ve never felt like physical therapists understood the root issue and exercises felt disjointed and thus kind of pointless. Not so at Victory, I finally felt like someone got it and gave me sound advice. As a bonus, they have the nicest staff and a great space!

This place and the physical therapists are great, I've done PT for years for a shoulder/back issue and I finally feel like I'm making some progress. The staff is friendly and make you feel at home, their expertise has been on point thus far and they have a lot of cool perks you can get for doing PT there. I've been working with Miriam and highly recommend her!

I started working with Miriam at Victory because biceps/forearm tendinitis had prevented me from properly training my biceps for over two years.

I had my first appointment on February 6th and only two months later I can hit light bicep curls pain free! I’ve also improved my shoulder and hip mobility with her guidance.

If pain is holding you back from the activities you enjoy, make the investment and let the awesome staff at Victory get you right!

Victory has helped me get my life back. Had a Total Knee Replacement 4 months ago and I’m back to my active self. The one on one attention, plus the Victory app where they upload exercises specific to you, has really helped. Everyone is very welcoming, the espresso is great and it’s dog friendly. Love this team!

What an amazing place! I went to Victory to take care of some IT band issues (marathon training got me) and had a great experience! They are super prepared, professional, they listen to you and help you set attainable goals for your recovery. I’ve learnt a lot about my body’s weaknesses and unbalances and how to fix them. The team is also super chill and friendly. Highly recommended!

What a wonderful place to get physical therapy! Miriam and CJ have helped tremendously with my PT post ACL surgery. I was struggling and my Kaiser PT was not giving me the attention I needed to be successful in healing and getting stronger. My PTs at Victory listen to my concerns, assess my body before we begin each session, and give me personalized exercises that have made a huge difference. In a month I made a very noticeable increase in strength.

They have excellent equipment in their gym and these compression boots that I get to use after each session which I love!

On top of their knowledgeable PTs and excellent equipment, the environment is the best. The Victory crew are so welcoming, nice and make me feel comfortable. Communication with the team is quick and easy. This experience has decreased the stressfulness of my healing journey.

Thank you Victory Team!!!

I've been doing strength work with Julia at Victory for a couple of months and am seeing its positive effects on my running. Even without increasing speed work, I'm able to run faster and sustain higher speeds with less fatigue. Julia personalizes my program and I am challenged each time without feeling like a wreck afterwards. I've historically disliked strength work and am quick to fall off the bandwagon, but now I genuinely look forward to my workouts at Victory.

I started going to Victory because of chronic and severe back issues while practicing Brazilian Jiu Jitsu that would keep me off the mats for a few days at a time. From the very beginning the staff was extremely helpful and enthusiastic about me reaching my recovery goals - from the front desk personnel to the trainers. My injuries’ frequency and severity significantly reduced almost immediately from the first visit. Now, I rarely if ever lose mat time. I highly recommend!

GO HERE. Not only will you fix your hopelessly broken body, but you’ll actually have fun doing it. And if you happen to like dad jokes… you’ll see 😉

This is the 3rd PT I’ve tried for my shoulder issues, but it’s the only one I look forward to going to and that I actually trust with my treatment. The staff here not only care about their patients but find ways to go above and beyond. The great playlists don’t hurt either 🙃

I came in with not one, but TWO extremely messed up rotator cuffs that were seriously restricting my daily life activities to the point where I couldn’t put on a seatbelt, pick up 10lbs, or lift my arm to the side (years of walking a cute but deranged pit bull as a tiny female will do that to you) and that only seemed to be getting worse and worse. On top of that, I had some overpronation and knee alignment issues that I went to PT for years back but I had never fully addressed.

Julia, Miriam, and CJ helped me make quick progress on my mobility and range so I could stop exacerbating the injury with even basic movements and could be in a place to start focusing on building back strength. I was honest with Julia that I sucked at keeping up with my home exercises and she made a plan for me that only took 5 minutes a day at first and I was actually able to stick with. Within a month I had made enough progress that Kyle took over my treatment to help me rebuild strength in my shoulders and proactively (without me even asking him to!) started throwing in some exercises to even help with my remaining knee and pronation issues. He even remembered me saying I wanted to be able to lift weights again as one of my goals and actually designed my programming to include squats and all the lifts I used to do (starting with almost no weight at all, and adding a few lbs each time I feel ready) such that I have a clear linear path to get back to where I left off when I got injured. I may only be lifting 20-30 lbs right now, but that’s still a huge improvement over the 0 lbs I was at a few months ago. Also, I was traveling for a month and could only do virtual appointments, so he came up with a really clever plan for how to keep making progress over video appts without my having to lug an entire suitcase full of PT equipment abroad.

I would also be remiss not to mention two of my other favorite Victory humans, Annette and Jesse, who make sure my logistical and scheduling experience is always a well-oiled machine and who I always look forward to chatting and laughing with after my appointments.

This review is loooong overdue. I’ve been a patient at Victory for well over a year and have worked with a multitude of physical therapists throughout my life. The therapists and staff at Victory are the best of the best. The exercises focus on stability, mobility, power, and strength through range of motion depending on client’s needs. The therapists are also well tuned into proper form for every exercise. Victory has been a game changer helping me manage my pain level overtime and empowering me to listen to my body. Each session is customized to what my body could handle at that particular moment in time rather than a genericized program. I was able to play soccer pain free for the first time in years. Another key differentiator is that the standard appointment last 55 minutes (there are 25 minute appointments available) rather than the typical 30 minute rush.

Additionally, the content posted on Instagram (@victoryperformancept) is a great reference point that I use often and send to my soccer players to support their injury management. These videos never neglect explaining proper form so that people can safely do these exercises outside of Victory.

The environment of the clinic is very laid back and fun rather than uptight like most clinics. You will immediately feel at ease and like part of the Victory family here! I can’t recommend Victory enough!

The team at Victory PT from the owner Santos to the physical therapists to the office staff are all amazing, friendly and knowledgeable. I’ve been going for about 12 weeks and the combination of body work, in person movements and my at work have decreased the frequency and severity of my pain. I feel confident with the team that I’ll be back to high intensity workouts. My PT CJ is awesome - he’s already helping me with my plan to slowly get back to running and jumping.

Ps - always say yes to compression

Bottom line up front - If you’re looking to come in once just to get a list of exercises to disappear with, this is not the place for you. Victory is a premium studio and you will be paying a higher price for the services here. If you’re looking for a comprehensive recovery program to work through along a very dedicated team in a very well maintained space…then come to Victory!

Thank you so much to the team at Victory! I came in with a hamstring injury, and they took great care of me. One thing to love about this studio is that they are very VERY thorough. Julia looked at not just my hamstring, but my leg as a whole. She was very intentional with my rehab and made sure we focused on strength, mobility, and balance simultaneously. She was especially accommodating when it came to any discomfort I was experiencing. If I was feeling anything off during an exercise, she would quickly come up with alternatives.
