Shadow Cutz

First and foremost noone asked me to do this review! I've been lost for awhile looking for a barber, like 10- 15 yrs. Found shadow cuts cause it's a mile from my home and I promised my oldest son I'd get him a cut. I looked like a caveman cause I was tired of being disappointed. So we went there and Orlando knocked it out of the park with both of us, the man is a superstar! Thankyou shadowcuts you've gain two more full time customers. Thankyou Orlando for one of the best haircuts I've ever had!

So here's the scoop: After a not-so-great haircut experience, my son was hesitant about going anywhere near a barber's chair. Then, thanks to a tip from a friendly Uber rider, we decided to give Shadow Cutz a try. I called them up around 4pm on a busy Saturday, half-expecting a "no slots available" response. But Dre? He was a gem. Told us to swing by in 30 minutes.

Fast forward, my son's walking out with a smile and a haircut he's genuinely proud of. Big shoutout to Dre for not just the haircut, but for making my kiddo comfortable again. If you're thinking of going, I'd suggest calling ahead, especially on the weekends – it seems to be a popular spot. We're definitely coming back!

My son came in for a hair cut.. and let me just say.. with my son having ADHD/sensory issues/can't handle his head being touched the barber JULIUS was very kind and patient with my 5 year old son..
Yes my son flinched and moved a bit, but i was very appreciative of his patience with my child.
And HE STILL GOT THE JOB DONE AND GAVE MY SON AN AMAZING HAIRCUT!

I feel bad for forgetting his name... but he is a Raiders fan... he did such a great job on my sons hair. USUALLY my son never talks but he felt comfortable enough to ask him to fix a section the way he likes it... great job... great customer service... So nice seeing someone from the bay...
