The Londoner by Anthony Morrison

When I was brand new to LA and the south bay specifically, I refused to walk in somewhere random to get a bad, expensive haircut. I needed to find someone I trusted. I waited almost a year until the Londoner was recommended to me and it was worth the wait! Anthony did my hair the first time I went, and I knew in my heart I could trust him. Since then, I have been going to Cassie and I trust her equally the same. I would recommend this salon over and over again. Thank you for making me feel wonderful every time I leave!

My first time at The Londoner with Alondra was a success. My hairdresser of 10 years is retiring so I was excited to try out the Londoner, and I was in dire need of a trim and tidy up. Alondra listened to my requests to trim my hair -keep the shape without going too short and to show off the layered cut, she suggested a blow dry. I’m very low maintenance these days but I loved the smooth texture that showed off my silvers. It's good to have a refreshing eye and try something new.

I got to meet the owner, Anthony a fellow Brit afterwards so felt very welcomed.

Londoner has been my salon for about two decades. Anthony’s skills and accolades speak for themselves. But - in this case - my 25-year-old autistic daughter cut a chunk out of her long hair on 12/22/23. (Of course right before the holidays.). Anthony squeezed her in same day and she went from junie B jones to Audrey Hepburn in Roman holiday in minutes. Thank you Anthony and team!!!!! Xoxo. Janet.

Anthony is my all time favorite Hair Stylist!!! I feel lucky to have found him again after moving away from LA for a while. The salon is beautiful, clean, and everyone who works there is delightful. I'd give six stars if I could!!!

I'm posting this review after 2 weeks of G. Hair smoothing treatment with Cassie and I couldn't be happier. My hair was originally frizzy and damaged. However, after the treatment, they are super manageable, soft, and shiny. I went as per Cassie's caring instructions and they are doing wonders for me. I'm extremely grateful for her detailed advice. Can't wait for my next appointment. Thanks!

Anthony knows how to cut very curly hair! I’ve been looking for someone to be able to shape my curly locks in the area for a while. He was very friendly and I felt at home. It felt like a spa day, from the gown to keep my clothes fresh, to the glass of water handed to me, to the ultra relaxing massage chair at the shampoo station, it wasn’t just a hair cut but a salon experience. He and another stylist took the time to style my hair as well. I have already booked my next appointment.

Alondra was great my wife loved my haircut and I'm looking forward to returning for years to come this establishment has come a long way and I am very happy that I got to experience being here. You run a mighty fine establishment Anthony Morrison! I feel like a movie star!

Could it be the BEST salon in the South Bay …. YES, it is.

The Londoner is the best salon in the Southbay. Cassie has been doing my hair for the past like three years, and she is just the best. So professional and so kind and so talented. I’ve gone from blonde to brown to black to red/copper to blonde again with her, and she’s excelled at all colors. The whole salon has a wonderful atmosphere, and everyone is so friendly.

I have been seeing Anthony since 2011 and I am a loyal customer! I have followed him from his Manhattan Beach location to Beverly Hills and now back to Hermosa. He always keeps my hair looking so fabulous. I have fine textured hair and he always gives me the perfect cut to add volume and movement to my hair. He has an amazing and fun personality as well. The salon is gorgeous with an amazing garden. Service is top notch as well!!!

I had a great experience at The Londoner Salon!! It is kind of hidden in plain sight on Aviation ave. I live near by but found them on a Facebook recommendation. Cassie was my stylist and she did a fantastic job. She was very welcoming, warm, and talkative with me. I hadn't had my hair touched in a year so it was completely grown out and in need a hair therapy. I talked about what I wanted, explaining a very specific base color meanwhile wanting to keep a lot of brown, gold and blonde notes that were still present in my hair. I wanted a balayage highlight as well and a cut, (a LOT to ask I know). Cassie was nothing but smiles and reassurance all the way. She was extremely patient with me with all my questions. I've had some nightmare hair colorings elsewhere so I really didn't want her and I to have a bad experience. She took her time and it turned out gorgeous. Anthony made an appearance as well! He greeted me and introduced himself. He as well was very friendly and down to earth. He ended up giving me my hair cut. He was fast yet efficient and I felt very comfortable in his care. He gave me a great cut with lots of choppy layers just as I asked. The total experience was inviting, laid back and professional. I will be a return client for sure!

I had a great experience at the Lodoner Salon and will definitely be back. It's a lovely welcoming space and the staff are friendly. Alondra took the time to understand what I did and didn't like about my hair and the end result after cut and highlights was perfect. She was also a pleasure to spend time with and i look forward to my next visit!

I got my hair, highlighted and color corrected after messing it up with box dye, and the salon completely saved my hair. All the staff are extremely nice, and the place is super cute and comfortable

Great staff, amazing skill. Alondra is both talented at coloring, cutting, and styling hair, but she is also awesome to talk to. Salon is beautiful, and the breeze felt amazing during my appointment. I found my new salon!!! I can't wait for my next visit.

I went in for a consultation as my hair is really thinning. I color my hair purple, I get my hair cut, but no real style. I wanted a professional to help me decide, should I go gray to knock down the contrast between light pink scalp and my dark hair. Is my hair still healthy, what style would be best, with my limited hair skills.
Anthony was so great. So kind and professional yet very personable. He made me feel very welcomed. I’ve never been to such an advanced professional salon. Always felt like I didn’t fit in. With Anthony, it was totally different. He said to keep the purple, but definitely a real style. I was so excited and happy with my consultation, I made an appointment to get the cut.

This Salon is an experience! Upscale and serene setting, massaging chairs while getting your hair shampooed and of course a celebrity worthy haircut that isn’t too crazy expensive. My next appointment will be for my hair highlights and my Daughter who has extremely thick and long hair. I recently moved back to Southern California from Florida and was looking to update my look as Central Florida didn’t have the best options. I reviewed several places but ultimately decided to go with the Londoner. Thank goodness I did. What an experience and what an amazing cut. Everyone that walked out looked amazing. It seems like all of the stylists are awesome. I can honestly say…I recommend this salon and I will be back!!!!
