Jackie's Alteration & Cleaners

Great lady....great service. Visiting LA, I needed a new suit for an impromptu trip. Went to Nordstrom Rack, got a great deal, but their alteration person was out. So I Googled same day Alterations and found Jackie. Went to her place and she dropped everything and worked on my suit while I waited. Then she undercharged me so I gave her a nice tip since she did such great work on the spot. Thanks Jackie.

I had such a great experience here! Jackie was amazing I needed two zippers repaired and she fixed them within 30 mins! And gave me an amazing deal! Will definitely be going back!

It pains me to write negative reviews. But this Jackie person is shameful. I dropped 6 pairs of slacks to be hemmed almost 4 weeks ago. Jackie has lost them. She told me that her sister gave them to the wrong customer. However, I gotta say, my B.S. meter is spiking on that. What are the odds that this "other person" would have the same waist and pant-length as me? Wouldn't they return them when they realized it wasn't their stuff?
I clearly and honestly suspect foul play. It was nearly $500 worth of brand new clothing. She has not even apologized to me!
I beseech all Yelpers to please boycott this vendor.
BTW - her space is completely, chaotically disorganized with stuff piled on top of piles on top of piles. Should have been a warning. I partially blame myself for not flipping a U-turn and walking out
