Alright Google Maps... I'll answer, "How was Stater Brothers Market?" so you will stop asking me every time I go shopping.

It's great! I love our Stater Brothers Market. I've only ever had good interactions with staff in all departments. They are famous for their meat department. If you don't see the cut you want or you have a special request just ask them and they will prepare it for you free of charge. I've always had excellent service at the meat counter.

You happy now Google Maps? This just in ... Stater Brothers is great! Now can I grocery shop in peace?

This review is dedicated to all the Google Maps local guides who sometimes get annoyed with the constant barrage of notifications asking you "How was" every single place you go. It is intended to be both humorous and informative.

Stater Brothers Supermarket wonderful management wonderful workers wonderful customers and a wonderful Salvation Army bell ringer at the front door I was so grateful and blessed to spend 6 weeks getting to know the great staff who runs Stater Brothers on Allen and Washington and the wonderful loving customers I am so blessed to be a part of your life in 2023 looking forward to seeing you in 2024 thank you Stater Brothers Corporation you are so blessed to be a blessing Merry Christmas and Happy New Year

First time shopping here. Came to buy bottled water as Ralph's prices have become non-competetive. Will come back to do more price comparisons.

Today I purchased a rotisserie chicken dinner. The cook/cashier actually went the extra mile . He showed me the best chicken prepared the side and bagged it all up. I was pleasantly surprised.

Stater Bros. has some unique grocery items you can only get there... Like, It's-It ice cream, and escarole (a leafy, slightly bitter green) and plenty of others! The employees are always friendly and nice, there's a pretty good amount of organic product available. Prices are fair, and it seems like plenty of weekly discounts are always available. If you're looking for a place to shop for groceries in Pasadena, definitely try Stater Bros.!

I just love Stater Bros.! The store is so big and clean, and the veggies and fruits are always fresh!🙂

I have to rank this particular grocery store in the top ten of Los Angeles county. I first visited by chance during opening week and to my surprise I felt like I was being welcomed into a heavenly setting with genuinely friendly people. It still feels that way today. I absolutely love the in-house options, and the fact that you carry Full Circle products ropes me back even though I moved farther away.

I'm so grateful for this neighborhood hardware store. The people there are nice and helpful, they have lots of stuff, and unlike the big box stores, they know what they're talking about.

What a fantastic store. The great bakery smell and the deli and the friendly staff greet you as you walk in the door. Much needed grocery store.

This particular Stater Bros is fairly new to Pasadena. Built from the ground up, everything is nice & clean. The shelves are stocked with all you need. However, if there's something you don't find, speak with a staff member/management, and they will gladly assist you. The meat department??? DEFINITELY gets 5 stars!!! I've never had a bad experience here. The entire staff is friendly & ready to provide you with excellent customer service. It's not quite in my neighborhood, but it's CERTAINLY worth the drive across town 💞

Killer Mexican food at a Stater Brothers ?
Heck yeah !
I just had Eddie at the service counter make me a carnitas burrito and it was the bomb.
He gave it the perfect balance of rice beans and meat and you get a lot of meat.
I went traditional and skipped the cheese and had it with onions cilantro and salsa verde.
The carnitas we're perfectly cooked and the rice and beans we're fresh and flavorful.
I was also surprised by how delicious the salsa verde was especially for a Stater Brothers.
And it was a huge burrito for only $8 that could have easily fed two people with a side or two added, I've paid an average of $12 to $20 for a similar burrito around town but no longer because I'll be going back to get more burritos and also try the tacos platter along with everything else that they offer.

I've also had a roast beef sandwich at this location that no one else in town could touch especially at the Stater Brothers price.

My only tip ? See Eddie if you can because really compared to what's out there and especially by how the food was put together and presented this guy should have his own restaurant.

Thank you Stater Brothers for employing Eddie and all of your other staff as everyone working at this location seems to really enjoy their job and it shows from the cleanliness of your store to the hospitality and down to the smile on their faces.

This store and it's service deli have earned my business any time I'm in Pasadena and need groceries or especially a quick bite to eat.

Friendly staff, fair prices, no "club cards" - every customer is equal, no self check out because they know the value of good cashiers. No fancy layouts - everything is logical and easy to find. Overall, a pleasant place to shop.

Even though other grocery stores are closer to home, this one has great employees that keep the checkout lines moving and the shelves well stocked. I’ve been here at least 30 times without a bad experience. The selection is decent and the store is clean. Solid store.

I was able to find everything I needed. Some items were cheaper here compared to Vons. The store didn't seem as crowded as my nearest Vons. Wish I went sooner.

Originally, I was a little skeptical of a Stater Bros replacing my neighborhood Vons. However, I have grown very fond of this store. Good selection, service and prices. And they have one standout cashier, Maria, who is so friendly, and greets customers by name and engages with them, while efficiently scanning their groceries. She helps make it feel like a small neighborhood market! Don't let her get away 🙂.

Stater Bros has made me very happy.
Today’s visit included a stop at the Deli. You didn’t have what I wanted but your Deli workers offered to make it for me. I did my shopping and picked up my order. That is personal service!
