Bite Catering Couture

I recently hired Bite Catering Couture for an Afternoon Tea event at our office, and they were a breeze to work with! Allie took great care and consideration in the prep process, crafting a couple of custom quotes for us and helping me narrow down the right options for our budget. Delivery and set up at our office were also very smooth! Would definitely book again!

I found the company through a google search. I looked at multiple Los Angeles catering companies, and found Bite Catering to be the best one suited for my event. I loved how their website was so easy to understand, and I could independently calculate how much everything would cost, and what services were available. Great setup there.

I ended up hiring Bite Catering Couture for my 50th birthday celebration (about 20 people) at my friend's home, and they delivered promptly, were very professional, and kept me updated on status of food, leading up to the day.

As for the food itself, it was FANTASTIC and perfect for what I wanted. 1-2 bite appetizers, some more substantial than others (mini burgers vs small puffs with goat cheese). My favorites were: The whipped goat cheese/olive tapenade on top of puff pastry, the fruit platter was amazing and fresh and delicious. To quote Willy Wonka, "The Strawberries taste like strawberries!!!".. :)

The lime coconut satay dipped in peanut sauce skewers were perfect. And the mac'n'cheese bites, dipped in an aioli were delish as well. Their sauces were perfectly matched to the food bites.

The slow roasted tomato and herb tarts were delicious and had a very flaky pastry. I love goat cheese & tomato so these were a favorite of mine. And surprisingly, the caprese skewers (which had olive oil/balsamic for dipping) was gorgeous! That one surprised me how good it was.

I personally polished off the rest of the Herb Mediterranean shrimp (dipped in lemon basil aiola) at the end of the night. So good! And the mini BBQ bacon cheeseburgers were perfect for those people looking for something more traditional and hearty.

They have a good amount of gluten free and also vegan options, which was great because all the people at my party could then partake of the food. They also have options to purchase room temperature foods, and also foods that need to be heated. Both of these are delivered refrigerated. I purchased half room temp, and another half that needed to be heated for up to 8 minutes in the oven. The trays they were delivered in were ready to heat in the oven (once the cover was removed). So, getting the food set up was a breeze.

All in all a great experience. Definitely would order from them again. Thank you so much!!!!

Zeke's delivery and setup were seamless, and his assistance was invaluable. The presentation was top-notch, from the trays to the plates, meticulously thought out. And the food? Bite was amazing! I was in search of a company to cater my baby shower. They had an array of options and a diverse cuisine menu. The pricing was reasonable and fair. Alison was a gem and helped me get everything I need. She was very responsive and organized!

As far as the food itself, SO good! I was nervous because I never tried any of their food. The most popular at my shower were the Mac n cheese bites, orzo salad, chicken potstickers and all of the desserts!

I will definitely use Bite for my next event!

We had our wedding during the pandemic and Bite Catering took care of everything. They were incredibly understanding and flexible when we had to adjust our details. The foods were professionally, individually packaged, they helped us to adjust our menu and even gave suggestions when we were unsure about what to choose.

They coordinated a take home taste test for us, and honestly, it was the most fun I had tasting food. Chef Elizabeth is such a pleasure to work with throughout the process and everyone on her team was helpful. There was nothing stressful about the food portion of the wedding thanks to Chef Elizabeth and her company. They even coordinated the delivery and set up for the food on the day of the wedding so there was nothing for us to worry about.

Also, the food was delicious! Everyone who came to our wedding wanted to know who was our caterer. Even the church where we got married wanted to know because it was great! I can't recommend them enough. I want to have another event just so I can use them again :)

Every part of this experience was top notch. The food is truly fabulous. I had multiple people at the party pull me aside to ask me who catered. Presentation and delivery were also perfect. Second time around using them and I am so pleased.

My fiance and I hired Bite Catering Couture for our engagement party at a local venue and they were so easy to work with! Allie was an absolute pleasure! She's super personable and friendly and you can tell she really cares about making your event special. Allie helped us curate a personal menu specific to our needs and when we needed to go back to lower our budget, she was so quick and helpful in adjusting it for us. She was even able to figure out what cuts we needed to make to keep our menu the same! Allie and the delivery driver, Rebecca, arrived early for our event to set up. My fiance and I ran into an issue with our venue not properly communicating with us of when we were able to get inside the venue and both Allie and Rebecca stayed extra time with us until the venue opened, which they definitely did not have to do, but they kept calm and positive which really helped us out! Those are the moments that leave a great lasting impression. The display was beautiful and we had an amazing engagement party! We will definitely recommend Bite, Allie and Rebecca to our friends and family!

We had a High Tea Garden Party for my husband's 40th birthday. Bite Catering handled all the food and everything was perfect! The sandwiches, scones, tea cakes and desserts were all delicious and everything was beautifully presented. I will definitely be using their services again in the future

I just threw a bridal shower and had so many compliments about the food from Bite Catering! From the beginning, the process was very easy. Elena was very helpful with helping me pick the menu and was able to accommodate the entire menu for the bride who is gluten free. The food looked BEAUTIFUL and the extra cost for the wood trays was well worth it. The food was absolutely delicious as well. I highly highly recommend this place!

Amazing customer service! Elena worked with me from start to finish to make sure my food selections were tailored to our needs, as well and judging numbers based on our guests! And Zeke the deliverer was extremely communicative and made the set up seamless. Also - delicious food!

Bite Catering Couture catered my sister’s High Tea sprinkle. Everything went fantastic!!! The scones were a huge hit along with the jam. The egg salad sandwiches were the star.

We could not be more thrilled with Bite Catering Couture's services. We wanted to provide an afternoon tea service for approximately 100 people attending my Father in Law's Memorial service. The food was delicious and Andrew was wonderful to work with and very communicative when we had minor alterations. I would highly recommend Bite Catering for small or large gatherings as they are professional and very dedicated to customer service. They were even able to accommodate our request for earth friendly platters. Complete 5 star service!

Working with Elizabeth at Bite Catering was wonderful. In the hecticness of wedding planning, she ensured that we had everything we needed; she was very responsive, patient, and a great communicator. The food was absolutely delicious!

I recently hosted a Baby Shower Tea Party at my home. The last tea party I attended, I left still hungry. I wanted to make sure this would not happen at my event. Bite catering has a fabulous Tea Party Menu. I also added items just to make sure there would be plenty of food. (It really wasn't necessary though) I worked with Margeaux, who was lovely and organized. . She was constantly in contact with me regarding menu questions I had and worked with me step by step. She also referred wait staff vendors which I sincerely appreciated. Prior to the event she let me know who would be delivering the food and what to expect. The day of the Shower, the food was delivered exactly on time. All the items were presented beautifully. The driver stayed a bit and showed me how to set up the food items on my tiered servers. The food was excellent. I was surprised that the finger sandwiches were so very tasty. My guests loved everything! All in all the Tea Party was Perfect in every way!
