Wonderfully managed facility.
I've been using EZ Storage for over 10 years, because I don't have a garage and through all those years (and even when the location at Howard Hughes closed down and they suggested us go to the Marina Del Rey location and even when i endured a few financial hardships) the customer service has been EXCELLENT!!

Blanca, Keith and a few others whom i forgot their names, are all very very professional, yet kind people, indeed. Even the owners are compassionate (they may not be able to honor all requests, but they let you know in the kindest, most respectful way possible).

Wonderful staff and the lowest storage prices in town, along with a clean, safe facility.
Also very secure, in my opinion.

Really like using EZ-Storage at Marina Del Rey. Had a very good experience renting out the U-Haul truck.

Our family have been using EZ Storage in Marina Del Rey for many years. Recently had to get more storage spaces (eventually had to get 3 storage) due to the death of both parents and having to move my parents' things out from their home so that I could move back home. The staff have been very helpful in getting the right size storage space. Had to frequently go to these storage spaces to place things and boxes and the office staff have always been very friendly and helpful.

Then I finally needed to rent a U-Haul truck to move my furniture and things from my apartment to my parents' home. It was a weekend move. The office staff was very helpful and informed me that it would be best to try to reserve an U-Haul truck about a week in advance or earlier in that week. People mostly rent these trucks over the weekends and these trucks may not be available if one try to make a reservation within just one or two days before the move. When I was ready to make the reservation, the system to book the U-Haul truck was down. The office staff gave me the 800 number for the U-Haul truck reservation so that I could call in the reservation. I was able to make the reservation to rent a truck at EZ Storage, Marina Del Rey, along with a dolly and some moving blankets. On the day of the move, the truck was there (actually there were two trucks). (I have heard and read some horror stories of how when people had made reservation to rent out moving trucks at other facilities, sometime the trucks were not there or had to wait for hours) The U-Haul truck was clean and ready to go. The checking in and checking out the truck was seamless.

It was a very good experience for using the U-Haul truck for the first time at the EZ Storage at Marina Del Rey.

I have been renting a storage room from ez- storage for three years now and, to this day, the people who work there have been nothing less than outstanding in their customer service. Even if another place comes up that is cheaper I will not leave these genuine, caring people. 😊

I was dealing with the emotional situation of having to empty the storage unit belonging to my sister who had passed away. She had the space for many years. The personnel were extremely understanding, curious and helpful. The facility clean and safe. Very well managed.

Have been renting here for over 5 years. ALL of the service staff are very friendly, personable and helpful, whether it's over the phone or in person. Definitely a place to choose when you deal with stressful moving or storing situations.

It's a room you put a lock on, hard to mess up. Cheaper than anything else in the area. Longer hours would be nice but it's rarely a problem for me, worth it for the savings.

It's clean and I have had storage there for years at a reasonable rate. I also love the fact that it's easy to get to. Not just the faculty but my unit. I visited another local storage facility I almost got lost in
