My fiance and I loved working with Keith in the search for our first home! He took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for and was both proactive with alerting us to potential fits, and a fantastic sounding board for discussions about benefits and drawbacks of particular properties and what we should prioritize. His experience, patience, and good humor made the process of finding the right home seem fun and achievable.

When we found the house we ultimately bought, Keith did a wonderful job negotiating on our behalf. He kept us well informed on every development, provided valuable insight and advice, and implemented an effective strategy to navigate numerous complicating factors including pending construction on the adjoining vacant lot, zoning issues, and potential lease back scenarios. His diligence and expertise were invaluable in achieving an agreement that met all of our needs and got us into our home below asking price.

Through the entire process, Keith felt like our secret weapon. He was on top of every detail from beginning (helping us find a great lender) to end (coordinating inspections and obtaining valuable credits against closing costs). In short, Keith made the process of getting into our first home really enjoyable, and we couldn’t recommend him more highly!

The two most important qualities for a realtor are sensitivity to their clients' needs and knowledge of the market. Keith has both of those in spades. My wife and I were first time buyers, with a limited budget, but a pretty specific idea of what we wanted (no bad flips, but no total fixer-uppers). Keith worked tirelessly, accompanying us to numerous open houses in multiple neighborhoods, following up on leads, and giving us straight talk when a property seemed too good to be true. After months of searching, we found the perfect place in a neighborhood we hadn't even considered. Keith navigated us through a competitive sea of multiple offers, making sure ours stood out above the rest. I can't recommend him highly enough!

Keith is the best! He recently helped us buy our first home. We had a tight budget and a lot of requirements for what we were looking for, but he stuck with us and helped us find the perfect place. He kept our spirits up even when this extremely competitive market was getting us down. We never thought we'd be able to find a historic home with a detached garage that hadn't been horribly "renovated" by flippers in our price range, but he made it happen!

He's friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely patient. He is very used to working with folks who are buying their first homes and need to be walked through every step of the process. He also works with clients who have non-traditional sources of income (my husband and I are both self-employed), and was able to connect us with a lender who was used to this as well.

I can't recommend Keith enough! I feel confident that we couldn't have bought our home without him!
