Great sopes, very flavorful, good spice level for the hot sauce. The banana chocolate shake was very good, highly recommend. Seems to be family owned and operated, great hard working people.

Love this restaurant! Nothing fancy about this place but great quality Mexican food at a great price. I love the weekly taco specials especially the grilled shrimp tacos on Wednesdays and the homemade sopes on Thursdays. The soups look amazing and are very popular. They have a huge variety of fresh juices on the menu that I have yet to try but look delicious, healthy and refreshing! The owners and staff are super friendly and the service is always great!

This morning I was having trouble placing an order on my app and I called and a young lady answered and she understood the problem I was I having and she helped me figure it out with no problem by the way I always eat here and the food is delicious but today I chose to order from the app I really appreciate the help keep doing a great job

Great place their Menudo is phenomenal and the burger too for kids. Tacos are also very good

Vero's is a small rest-stop style diner, with a small front dining area and an outside seating area with a few tables. It's to the left of Orange Grove off of Lake going north in Pasadena. If you blink you could miss it. I enjoy their food very much, and the small seating area lends a small town feel that is quite charming. It's perfect for a good meal with generous potions and a spot to enjoy a couple cups of coffee. It can get packed and the parking is nearly non-existent. If you don't mind parking a little ways off and walking a block or two or around the block then this is perfect. If not I do believe you could order to-go, but personally the atmosphere is something I like quite a bit, even when it's quiet, usually during the week.

I had the cactus and eggs. It tasted very authentic and the plate was big enough for an entire brunch.

Food is good, Service is also good. Prices are average. The only thing I frown upon is that this place allows customers to bring your own beer. So expect to see some drinking and arguing.

What a great find 👏 While getting coffee at Majanos trailer (at the gas station across the street with excellent coffee) we noticed Vero's across the way. We stopped by for breakfast burritos before heading out to the desert and discovered their assortment of freshly made juices and they were so good! Not to miss if you're in Pasadena! And the burritos hit the spot!!!

My family and I eat here often and we just love the food and service here. Tony is super friendly and hospitable. He's very good remembering our order and our names as well. Service here is fast and food is delicious. My kids always customize their order and we never have an issue with it. I have tried just about everything on the menu and they never fail to impress me.

Hidden gem of Pasadena this is actually one of the best Mexican food restaurants as well as juice shop! The Tues - Fri deals are incredible for $1 and the juice options from fresh fruit and veggies are better than standalone shops.

Best Mexican restaurant around. My favorite juevos rancheros in all of Los Angeles. They are truly great and everything they make. They also make great healthy juice drinks with real ingredients.
