Elisa and Cruise Planners took care of ALL of the details, big and little, for our amazing 10 day Norwegian cruise with extra time in Rome. When a local transportation strike had us nervous about getting home, Elisa went above and beyond, truly out of her way, to ensure we would be supported and taken care of. I highly recommend Elisa for any travel planning!

Elisa is amazing!! She has helped us with two separate trips to Europe - England/Ireland and Italy. Based on her experience, she was and continues to be able to provide hotel and tour options, along with route planning. She listens to what we wanted to do, provides multiple options and has great insight when traveling with kids teens. Given her experience, I will always use Elisa when planning trips oversees.

Elisa did a wonderful job helping us book a family cruise for 12! I’d highly recommended using her for your next cruise, but I don’t recommend getting the cruise-sponsored flights. Book your own flights to control when & where you fly.

We used Elisa, with Cruise Planners, for our family trip to Europe. Elisa was wonderful! She took care of everything, including the cruise, offering many choices once she got to know us, air tickets, hotel rooms before and after the cruise and all the travel arrangements. Pre arranged rides always showed up on time, and she even booked a train excursion to Madrid for us. Very knowledgeable. She knows Europe very well and gave great advice on things to do. Elisa is great, answered all my questions. Our first time traveling to Europe so we had a million questions and she took her time answering and explaining each one so we feel more comfortable. Overall, will definitely book with her again for any future travels.

Elisa is absolutely amazing!! My 11 year old son and I were first time cruisers so we had a ton of questions. Elisa was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, funny, and upbeat. We had the best experience booking a 5 day Cruise to Mexico with Elisa! She coordinated a last minute travel on a desirable new cruise ship quickly and effectively. What makes the time we spent preparing with her so special is that she communicates often and keeps you up to date on everything you need to know to have a successful vacation. Whether it is showing you the ropes of the ship, explaining to you the process of embarkation or dining - she covers all the bases like a champ. We boarded that ship and knew exactly what to do. Her advice was spot on! Elisa is also incredibly generous...after booking our trip she comp'd us Premiere Beverage packages (which we used ALL day everyday) and internet service, which was great to keep in contact with our teens holding down the fort at home. It was such an incredible perk and the entire trip was nothing short of perfect. We highly recommend booking any and all travel with Elisa. She knows how to make the process painless and easy - looking forward to our next Cruise!

Elisa was, in all honesty, a goddess-send! We had a multi-city trip floating aroundin our brains and Elisa brought it to fruition. We told her: Paris, Barcelona, Rome, Paris. A friend was getting married in France but we were traveling a couple weeks beforehand. Within days, Elisa had our trip planned and perfectly orchestrated. My travel partner and I are smart women who are well-traveled but we just needed a little assistance with this particular excursion. Elisa delivered…in spades.

I’ve never used a travel agent/specialist because I’m pretty savvy and I can figure my own travel plans out. This time around, though, was just a little too much and I cannot think Elisa enough for all of the hard work she put into our arrangements. Everything was perfect from start to finish. Her preparations were especially useful and I was so appreciative that I had someone on the other end who coordinated all of the fine points.

We did 22 tours in 14 days. Three countries and each one was filled with fantastic hotels, private cars, and amazing tours. We can’t thank Lisa enough for all of her hard work. She is especially personable, knowledgeable and experienced. We highly recommend you get whatever you can from Elisa. We hope she plans your next excursion.
