Shane Veterinary is amazing, I’ve taken Marilyn there for years and everyone is so kind, the doctors are thorough and really care without trying to gouge you financially. The took great care of my baby when she had surgery last year! They saved her life! I will forever be grateful to them! Thank you for all you have done may God bless each one of you that work there🩷

These guys are awesome. So caring and wonderful. Everyone was so nice when I brought my dog in for a procedure. I felt like they are like a family. Casey was wonderful. He assured me that my baby would be taken care of and they just did that. I will always be going to Dr Shane’s clinic moving forward for all my pets. So refreshing to see people that care about what they do. Thank you so much!!!!🫶🫶🫶

We have gone to Shane Veterinary a couple times over the years and have always been happy with them.

We recently went for a checkup and flea meds. We have 1 cat that is sensitive to medication and the Vet at Shane Veterinary was willing to listen and help teach us some of the differences in the medication and what to look out for. Luckily, the medication we decided to go with seem to have no adverse reactions. They had us wait in the “cat room”. I would recommend Shane Veterinary to anyone looking for a new vet or is in need of one.

Bedside manner was great, they were accommodating and thoughtful.

I don’t think I’ve ever been to a vet that sat down on the floor with my dog very impressed with everybody there!!
Back on Sunday and same great service. The staff is wonderful and so are the clients.

Doctor Testa is friendly to my dogs. Always give them love, hugs and attention before she starts her examination .we have been attending the clinic since 2018

Following my cat's emergency hospitalization for a uretha blockage, my own vet was unavailable for a follow up evaluation. They recommended Shane. Shane worked us in quickly. The doctor was very knowledgeable, and thorough in recommendations for follow up care. The facilities were clean and pleasant, and the entire staff was friendly and supportive, to me as well as to the cat. I also observed them respond calmly and efficiently to another's pet emergency while i was there. Will definitely continue to take my cats there.

The assistants and the veterinarian were very knowledgeable and warm and put my cat at ease right away. The design of the treatment room was very friendly and low key. I will go to Shane Vet Center next time I need a vet.

Shane Veterinary Medical is back to being my animal care center for my two kitties. During the Covid pandemic, we all endured much change and challenges to our routines and health services and often negative experiences. Shane Medical center and staff have come back with many positive changes in their facilities and procedures. I'm happy to be back with this local professional pet care center. Thank you Shane Veterinary Center for your great work and concern for our furry family members.

We saw Dr. Devan yesterday and she was so nice and helpful. She is treating our fur baby for a UTI and explained everything in great detail. Pricing was very transparent as well. We loved Dr. Devan!

Love Shane vet so much!!! We’ve been coming here for 12 years and won’t switch vets no matter where we move. They’re the best. Dr Testa is our favorite and explains things very thoroughly. Shane Vet even does Accupuncture and red light therapy for your pet; how cute is that!? They’re also open 24/7 with emergency hours & associated costs however call first as doctor availability is dependent otherwise go to Access Animal Specialty Hospital in Culver City for ER care.

It was our first visit and they were very attentive, remembered what I had previously said to them and knew exactly what to look for and what advice to give me. They made me and my dog feel comfortable and calm.

Dr. Shane and her Staff are great, very nice. Excellent treatment plan for our dog (Fearless Toto) whom is a male maltese and is now (Jun-10-2022) 14.5 years old (born Dec-19-2007). The staff is friendly, and the doctor is excellent at explaining everything about my new puppy in a reassuring manner, giving me peace of mind that they'll take good care of my baby Luna.

I am very grateful to have found a Vet in the Marina that takes good care of the love of my life Berric, without charging the ridiculous amounts neighborhood Vets are charging! I was quoted a rate of over $1000 to clean my poor cat's teeth at a neighborhood Vet (I'm too much of a lady to say who they are over here!).. But Shane V.M.C charged less than a third of that cost! Do you know what happens when a Vet charges ridiculous amounts for necessary services? People put it off for months, a year.. till the damage is done. Very grateful for Shane Veterinary Medical!

Dr Karen Shane has been my vet for all of my dogs since 2000. I have never had a bad experience at her facility. The Dr's call keep me up to date with the progress of the exam. In these COVID times I'm unable to go in with my dog but I feel comfortable handing her off to the helpers.

Dr Devin and the staff were more than amazing when Laia was attacked by a coyote and died. They took care of us with love and sympathy.

The medical care and attentiveness of this clinic far surpasses past visit to other veterinarian centers in my experience in the west l.a. area. I have taken my pup there for his shots, and recently for a more serious medical scare. We were taken care of with so much attention, we love coming here for my pups needs! Thank you for being awesome!

There is parking for that medical plaza, and once you are there for your appointment, you just call and they are out before you know it to take your beloved pet into care. Professional and attentive.👌🏽👌🏽

Still resolving UTI issue with more lab work in a timely manner.
Trying to find best antibiotic to treat specific bacteria.

I’m sorry to see some unfavorable reviews about the staff and only had one visit to this clinic, however, the kindness shown by Dr. Shane and her staff was outstanding. My son had to have his 16 year old dog euthanized. Maybe he lived to such an old age because of the care he’s received there over the years. They gave my son as much time as he needed to say goodbye and I’m grateful for that.
