Very nice store! The furniture is modern and stylish. They sell a lot of nice little stuff to decorate a house. Prices could be a little bit lower.

Nelson L was so great! And I love my furniture too. I walked into WE on a busy sale weekend in January and, despite being extremely busy, Nelson helped me with all of my questions knowing I wouldn't be buying that day. Because he was so helpful, I chose to call him to place my order later that week so he would get credit for the sale. The order was placed and the website had a glitch that showed the wrong fabric, but the right sku. Nelson checked on this and assured me the correct items were coming. He also emailed me his assurance to put my mind at ease. I've now had my beautiful Andes sectional and bed for a while now... and I simply love them. Thanks so much, Nelson, for making my buying experience so positive.

Super friendly staff that helped us with everything. They were very patient when my wife and I asked for stock checks on multiple items. There was a price discrepancy on one of the items and the manager immediately gave us the lower price without hesitation.

Great designer furniture (lots of neo mid-century), reasonable prices, friendly staff. Had a small sidewalk sale going on, so after odds and ends. Great chairs, and lamps (which was what we were looking for). I'll go ack for sure.

Always something fresh and beautiful to see EXCELLENT customer service, whether in person or even on the phone. Michael helped us with our first sofa (the Jackson). He was patient and had a thorough knowledge of the various fabrics and colors available, and so was able to envision exactly what we'd love. Jordan just helped us today over the phone with an end table purchase because we wouldn't be able to get to the store in time. She helped us through a complicated situation involving our Design Dollars. Before calling, I figured if the store couldn't help me, the program was more trouble than it was worth - but thanks to her, West Elm still has a loyal customer! (I wouldn't mind a shorter wait time for the custom furniture, but that doesn't have to do with the store itself).

Perfect start mint of mid-century modern remix. Perfectly styled, elegantly designed with solid Construction. The main thing about West Elm is be extraordinary interior design. It's as you're walking through a museum of mid-century modern furniture. Each piece was telling the next. And all surprisingly affordable.

I had a great experience in this West Elm location. Kudos to Felix, Shelly and Matthew. They are very welcoming and assisted me in every way they can. They all have great customer service, very friendly and attentive to detail. Thank you so much!!!

Came here on an afternoon weekend and they had lots of great furniture. We asked a couple employees questions and they provided great customer service. The interior of the store is fun and exciting.
