They have a pretty good selection and the employees are very friendly and helpful. I also like that they don't follow you around the store. Parking is pretty limited but I do during off peak hours so it isn't a problem

Elderly Asian man is rude and condescending. We need more black owned places like this. Sold out of everything I wanted.

Update: Total change in the atmosphere! I went back today because I was really desperate! Well I am glad I gave this place another chance! The customer service was excellent. The staff was friendly and went out of their way to help me find what I needed! I'm glad I gave this place a 2nd chance! So much improvement!

My first time seeing black women working in a beauty supply store. What a breath of fresh air. They are friendly and knowledgeable and trying to sell you only recommending things if you ask AND things that are good for your hair, not just whats on sale. A wide variety of items, everything you need!

Very clean and organized store and great customer service

Only store in Pasadena that has black workers and can talk about our hair and what products to use I rather go here than two boys or that other lady in altadena whom is very RUDE! MR MOON isnt rude at all and I love talking to the other ladies in there

Great source for wigs, including character wigs. As in you can write a sketch based around the wig. Super friendly staff. Lots of oils and raw shea butter!
