Residence Inn by Marriott Atlanta Buckhead

We had a great experience. Super friendly staff. Everything was clean! Great breakfast and very thoughtful kitchen staff. We felt safe with the security walking around all night, as we had some luggage in and on our car we didn’t want to have to move. We had an ample area to walk our dog, too! We will definitely be back when come to Atlanta!

I was there for 3 nights this past week. The check in was easy and the front desk employee, Lilianna(sp?), was very polite and professional. Greeted me as I walked in the door.

My room was clean and everything was in place. I originally asked for no housekeeping and would exchange my towels at the desk. I then needed the room cleaned after the first night. I asked as housekeeping supervisor if it could be done that day and she said yes. Staff responded and had it done immediately. The housekeeping supervisor, Mrs. Gwen, was very nice. Had numerous conversations with her during my stay.

I also spoke with the maintenance staff which were all polite and answered my questions about things to do and eating in the area. Drea, evening front desk employee, exchanged my towels and offered to have them delivered to my room. I waited and she retrieved them for me.

My stay was very nice based largely on the nice employees. I didn’t use the pool, workout room or breakfast. The hotel was quiet and secure including a security officer.

Pretty good experience. Building exterior is slightly older but penthouse are very spacious and interior is great. Slightly awkward location as you can’t make a left turn into it and the entrance is on a busy street. Staff was responsive to basic requests such as a request for a room change where there was evidence of marijuana use.

This was the best one I have ever stayed in. The staff was great and helpful. Even though I didn't eat breakfast I was told by my brother that it was great. so if you are in the area of this place stop and take a load off. It will be worth your money.

I I had to attend my daughter's book signing. I was not living in Atlanta at the time. So it feels odd to get a room for a weekend. Nevertheless, I found this one! Loved!😍👍loved! It gave a real homely feel! I didn't want to go! Recommended!

The hotel and staff were wonderful the entire time. Mr. Andre, during check-in on my first day was friendly and accommodating and shared some ideas for dinner at local restaurants. I inadvertently choose a room in the front near the pool without consideration for road noise from the street in front of the property. When I asked to switch the next morning, Ms. Tara was wonderful and made it happen quickly so everything was ready by the time I returned in the evening.

The hostess in charge of the breakfast during my stay (I wish I would have asked her name) was excellent, she prepared delicious and abundant breakfasts despite how busy they were and nothing was ever out of stock.

My room was clean and comfortable and I enjoyed the peace and quiet of the room located near the wooded area at the back of the property.

I can say without reservation that my stay at the Residence Inn Atlanta Buckhead was my best experience at a Residence Inn throughout my years staying in Marriott properties. I will hold the property as my gold standard going forward, although I am concerned that others may not meet my newly raised expectations.

Well kept kitchenette, decent sized fridge. Relatively close to Marta station to get to downtown Atlanta. Good breakfast. Bed was comfy, shower had plenty of hot water but could have used higher water pressure.

The whole place was very clean and sanitary, I felt we made a good choice and would recommend!!

A friend visiting from out of town and I stayed with them here. Parking is a bit of a headache after dark but everything else was great 👍. Also if you're traveling north you will have to make U-turns to get there; as there is a median that separates the north and south bound sides (per safety) because that's a bad spot to cross over 4 lanes of traffic to make a left turn. HINT HINT.... Do not attempt! Also I never thought in a million years I would pay 8$ for two 20oz sodas in the office. Whew 😥 Next time I'll just go to the service station at the corner.

The location exceeded my expectations. Of course Marriott never let's me down. More importantly Andre was so special and attentive! When I say he had a lobby full of people he was still kind and managed everyone while keeping a calm head and happy demeanor!

I enjoyed the stay. It was quiet and peaceful. I couldn't get the channels on the TV to work. They came quickly and fixed the issue in no time. The rooms were more like cabin style which offered more privacy.

Rooms are big enough, well equipped and isolated, kitchen with all you may need and beds and bathroom good enough.
Located in an easy to access and well communicated place.

The front desk staff is awesome.

Outstanding customer service. I stayed there for 4 days with my family and my expectations were exceeded consistently. I would like to give my biggest amount of praise to Vincent. He was kind, professional, and gave us that personal touch that is missing in today's business transactions. He was able to fix a room and billing issue the arouse shortly after checking in. He was also around throughout our stay to make sure things were still in order. Later, when I needed to extend my stay, other members of the staff made it easy to continue my stay at the same rate.
The hotel was conducting a slight improvement to the parking lot and that made maneuvering around slightly challenging, but it was nothing major. And if that's the worst thing I can say, then you know it was top notch in every other way in my book.
So if you are looking for a clean comfortable, nice place to rest your head while in the Atlanta area, I would highly recommend the Residence Inn by Marriott in Buckhead. The staff is friendly and the rates are more than reasonable. I know it's where me and my family will be staying from now on when we visit.

The rooms were very clean with the notable exception of the pullout mattress, but we recieved nothing but friendly and excellent service. The breakfast was great, and the manager did a great job of personally making sure that we got the (delicious!) chocolate muffins we wanted even though there was a large school trip eating breakfast at the same time. I thought the arrangement of rooms in smaller cottage-like buildings was really cool and unique, especially since my stay took place in clear weather so walking outside to get to the lobby was no problem. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay despite the dirty pullout.

We have a beautiful room with seating area and kitchenette in addition to king sized bed. The staff have consistently been friendly and responsive. The inn provides a free shuttle to Piedmont hospital and a special rate for this without family there. We couldn't be more pleased with both the facility and the service

Great service here. The lady at the front counter was super friendly and helpful. We had a very nice room with a separate bedroom upstairs. Great place to stay. Breakfast was very nice. What's not to like? Highly recommended.

The front desk was great. My daughter was in ICU at Piedmont Hospital and I came in from out of town to be with her. The staff bent over backwards to to help me out with my stay. Thank you very much. I truly appreciated the help and the stay.
