Mexican Riviera Restaurant

My brother in law has been going here for twenty years and he told me has never been disappointed. It's a small place and occassionally there is a bit of a wait. Good wholesome cheap Mexican food, with reasonable prices a very kind polite waiter's and waitresses, it's our go to, for a cheap dinner when we don't feel like cooking. Beer and wine only.

This place is a hidden gem. The breakfast is a favorite of mine and my wife.

I haven’t been in the South Bay a year yet and I can’t talk about this place enough. At this point, I have been here at least a dozen times or more in the last 8 months. Every time, our food has been hot and made to perfection. I am a nacho expert and this place has it. I have ALWAYS experienced excellent customer service and that is super rare! It seems to be the same core of people every time and when there is a new person, it seems as though the good energy rubs off on them quickly. It is local owned and you can get a siting of the owner every now and then and she is just as pleasant as the rest of her staff. I go on Sundays and I can always get a table fast. When everyone finds out about this place, I will have to start waiting and because I know what I am going to get, I will gladly wait! If you read this review, GO THERE! Don’t second guess it, you won’t be sorry.

Excellent food and excellent service! A hidden gem in Redondo Beach.

Love this place! I wanted pozóle but they only serve it on the weekend. I had the Baja shrimp tacos instead. Heaven! Perfect combo of crunch and flavor! So yummy!

Came here for my daughters birthday in a party of 7. Have been here many times and have used their catering services a few times as well. Long story short everybody loved what they ordered. Service was great as usual and everyone left full. Our goto Mexican place.

Salsa and chips can be an appetizer.. Good food at reasonable prices and prompt services.

It was early March, perfect weather on a Friday at noon. Had a great 2 hour lunch and enjoyable time on the outside deck. Really good service, steamed clams were great though really big, great broth. Went back fro brunch on Sunday with friends - also recommended.

Just had a great vegetarian breakfast burrito with an amazing chelada. Friendly staff, nice atmosphere.

This is a great little restaurant. The food is very good with many choices. Clean and safe.

This place is hands down the best Local, Family Mexican restaurant in the South Bay and in Torrance specifically. We go almost every Sunday and the staff is amazing and the food is excellent. The service is always great and they remember you so it’s more like a welcome back then the same unpleasant general greeting. Food ALWAYS comes out in a good time and HOT (I hate luke warm food). I put this place before all of the surrounding Big name Mexican restaurant. Try them out, you won’t be sorry!

I'm done!!! Why haven't I seen THIS PLACE?? I'm not going anywhere else. Tried for the 1st time and my family looked at me. Pls stop going to the other places. I'll spend 100 easily. For this place every darn plate was amazing full of delish Pico de gallo. Try them out please you won't regret it. He'll our 1 yr old demolished the beans and rice 🤣. Then looked at my plate. The BEST EVER. THANK YOU

We live in the neighborhood and always come here for date nights. The employees are super nice and always make sure chips and drinks are full. Our food always comes out fast and is perfectly cooked. Never had any issues love this restaurant really good enchiladas

Everything Home Made! This is so tasty and fresh. First you start off with truly homemade chips and salsa. (Try not to jam thru too much chips you have a big meal coming) The giant plate full Chicken Tostada is one of my favorites. Burritos so plump with your favorite sauce with all kinds of tacos. All the combo plates of course. Oh... and the chili relleno with all that cheese inside and thick fluffy eggy coating, YUM! The owners are right there with you too, cooking in the kitchen and eating on their break at the table next to you. This is the best of Old School mixed with how Mama used to do it.

Today was the first time I stepped in this place. They treat me like a king. The were warm, kind and super servicial. Their chicken fajita fries was amazing. If you want to eat like in your mom's house. This is the place

We came here on a whim- best decision ever!!!
Our server, Erica, was so friendly, nice, patient (huge menu& we asked a lot of questions) & totally attentive. The food was so delicious & fresh- we ordered a torta, tortilla soup, nachos, fish Veracruz, a giant quesadilla, burritos & tacos- each person raved about what they were eating! It was really affordable & we left stuffed & very happy! Will definitely be regulars now!!!

Food is good, and the service is good as well. The portion are so big in my opinion, I was full right away. I ordered the flautas plate which was chicken taquitos essentially but with flour tortilla. They came with a side of rice and beans. I was not able to finish everything.

Been going here for 5+ years and love this place! They have one of the best breakfast burritos i’ve ever eaten. Very friendly owners and workers. The cook Mikey is one of the greatest guys I know <3
