The one star reviews are budget shoppers. If you don’t want to pay a little extra for better care, then ya go somewhere else. But if you’re willing to pay fair prices for excellent care, come here. The vets and techs are very loving towards both patients and owners, you can tell they’re animal lovers. The pharmacy is a little pricey, but they will happily give you the script so you can fill the prescription somewhere else upon your request. My dog had a skin infection and I got the general exam, a skin impression, three types of medication and help was just a call away all for just under $200. And I don’t know about other people, but I’m willing to pay a higher fee for my dog to be comfortable and not traumatized every time she goes to see the vet. The staff are very compassionate towards her, especially since she’s generally nervous and whines a lot, while in the back a tech cuddled her while she cried. That’s infinitely worth it to me. Unless I move to a different county, my pets will be coming here.

The doctor that walked me through my baby girl's last moments was so sensitive and patient. I will forever be grateful for the care we received during such a difficult moment.

I brought my dog here after he got a skunk bite And they took excellent Care of him. I got very friendly and fair treatment and I would definitely take him back again.

Duke had an appointment to update his shots. The technician was friendly and fast. He quickly brought Duke to back for his shots and brought him back out to the lobby. We've been with Western Vet for years and we plan on staying for many more. Thank you!!!

All staff have always been very pleasant and helpful. I have to single out Dr. Strauss who helped me in every possible way to inform me about possible treatment options for my beloved dog and even more. I can't say enough about this vet clinic. They are so kind and have always treated me and my pets with the utmost respect. I recently had to put one of my cats down and it was very traumatic for me. The vet examined him first to see what was going on and it turned out he was in advance stages of congestive heart failure. They made the experience as easy as possible and treated my cat so gently. I was able to hold him and comfort him -- they let me stay as long as I needed to say goodbye. I will always appreciate each of them and their care for both my cat and for me.

Western is staffed with kind and helpful people who take time to make sure you fully understand every aspect of your visit. They are organized, safe and available. We are thankful to have their help and support in keeping our fur babies healthy and happy.

Reception people are very nice. Technician that cared for Max was very caring. In the past, I've dealt with Dr. Lee and Dr. Veit. They are very kind as well. Thank you Western Veterinary Group, Dr. Mike would be so proud that his legacy lives on.

I highly recommend taking your furry child here. I had an emergency with my older baby and the front desk lady was very attentive (I really wish I gotten her name as she was soo nice- if I find out, I will definitely edit my review with her name). She didn't hesitate to help me right away. She tried her best to put me at ease and help me with anything she could. She saw that I was clearly very shaken and scared. Dr. Regina Veit was also super amazing and walked me through everything step by step. She only recommended what she thought my baby needed at the time. It was a very stressful situation but they were all so super kind, helpful and took care of my little sweet Chihuahua. Thank you sooo much Western Veterinary Group!!

Wonderful kind staff that treat your pet better than you’re used to. Clean location without that crowded waiting room or having to wait outside. Not close to me but worth the extra time to go here. I still have a hard time believing how nice and helpful everyone was. Thank you to the special people that work here.

WVG is so awesome, extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff, appointments are quick, and I will using WVG for my cat Honeydew's needs moving forward!

I just had my 20 lb doggo spayed here, and though it is in the upper limits for pricing you truly get what you pay for in quality and attentiveness. We received a check-in call the day after surgery and clear advice to be prepared for care ahead. Girl is healing nicely and is anxious to get playing again. They once called her "the strongest dog in the world" :)

You can tell Western Vet really cares for their patients. They’re not like other vets I’ve been to that rush you in and out and try to sell you products and additional services. The doctors take the time to listen to your concerns. You can tell the staff love what they do here. They also take the time to check up on your loved ones after their visits. So glad I switched to this vet. They provide quality service and treatment.

I can't even begin to explain what a godsend the entire Western Vet team is! We have been coming here for 7+ years. Everyone is an absolute loving, accommodating and caring dream to work with. The front desk, vet techs and practitioners! We really like Dr Norman but we have seen multiple Drs there and have never been disappointed! Dr Norman has Boxers himself so it's nice to have someone to level with on the breed of your dog. He is always so kind and understanding. Offers a LOT of solutions to our concerns and his delivery on recommendations and prognosis is always delivered with such kindness and genuine care for your dog. This entire group wants all of your furry friends happy and healthy! They quote treatment plan and pricing long before you get to checkout and treat your animals so you know exactly what to expect and if anything changes during treatments they give real time updates of anything needing to be added or taken off a treatment plan and how that changes pricing. The front office is always so accommodating and kind when scheduling and I LOOOOVEEE hanging out with them while my puppies are getting the best care possible in the back. My dogs don't exactly love the Drs office but the tail wags and kisses speak for themselves! From the bottom of our hearts, thank you to every single person at Western Vet. You guys are amazing in every way possible.

Dr. Norman is the best. He was so compassionate and understanding. He followed up the next day, and everything he said and did let us know we were in the best of hands. He is AMAZING!!!! We'll never go anywhere else.

Desk workers were happy to greet my wife, me and our dog, Coco. check up and vaccine shots were seamless. I asked loads of questions and the Veterinarian was able to answer most of them. After our payment, the front desk handed us a welcome folder for all of Coco's paperwork and pamphlets. Wonderful service! Bonus: they had coffee and dog treats at the waiting area. Would definitely call this Coco's place for any health related issues!

The clinic is always clean and my pets are always well taken care of here. I love that it's very close to home. Shout out to all of the hardworking technicians, assistants, and veterinarians at this clinic. Dr. Veit was able to help cure a rash on my dog's lips, and Dr. Norman and Manny were great with my dog's dental. Look at those pearly whites! Dr. Norman was also very good about following up with me about a concern I had about Snowball's kidney values. 10/10 would recommend

We highly recommend Western Veterinary Group. Our 12 year old arthritic girl Lab, Katie has been getting acupuncture with Dr. Veit and has shown great improvement with her walking and comfort level. Everyone there is always super friendly and shows genuine care and concern for Katie's comfort and our piece of mind.

Our dog, Buster had post-emergency evaluation and xrays 7 days after pneumonia diagnosis. The staff and doctor were very friendly, caring, and professional. We are very pleased to have WVG services for our 8 yr old goldendoodle.
