Had a great experience at this AT&T store. They were extremely helpful with every process of switching phone lines/ plans. 5/5 highly recommend.

The two key individuals that supported us in the store were Reggie and Daisy.
Both Reggie and Daisy need a RAISE $$$ for helping my brother and I, especially having to navigate our phone plan alongside an influx of angsty customers who may or may not realize the store was short staffed that day.

Visited Torrance store on Crenshaw. I was immediately greeted by Amanda. She asked what I needed help with and I explained it to her, and she was so professional and helpful. All the while, training a new employee. I forgot his name, but he was polite as well and seemed eager to learn. Overall it was a good experience.

Amanda was professional and extremely helpful! Amanda has the best customer service I have ever seen. Her professionalism and knowledge is beyond excellent. I have been to the AT&T store in Torrance off Crenshaw a couple times and both times she made my life so much better. There was no delays in what questions we had and what we needed. She tool two different operating systems and in a flash had it setup and active with providing discounts and offers for me and my family. I am so grateful for Amanda. She is an asset to AT&T and the AT&T store in Torrance. She deserves the highest raise possible and management position with great benefits.

I went in looking to switch from T-Mobile and so glad I did. Amanda was so helpful and knowledgeable with everything and explained it in great detail. Very friendly and such a great employee! Even when she was busy with me she still made sure to greet all the other customers as well. Highly recommend seeing her, you won’t be disappointed!

I was pleasantly surprised with the service at this AT&T. Usually, upgrading a device or fixing an issue I have with my service takes agonizingly long and my issue isn't completely taken care of at the time of my visit. But, then my mother and I met Amanda and we were Wow'd! She provided us with excellent, professional and efficient service. We are definitely retuning to this location for any of our needs and of course making sure we will work with Amanda! If you have any needs with AT&T service and need to see someone in person, this location gives the best service! Highly recommended!

I wanted to take time to review my experience at this particular AT&T store. I rarely do reviews, however, my experience was beyond extraordinary and feel that this is the least I can do to show my gratitude for the AT&T employees that helped me. Keeping this short, I entered the store with a number of issues and felt it was unlikely that I would leave with anything resolved. To the contrary, I was immediately greeted by Kim Garcia, ( I believe she’s a director, if not she should be or at minimum a general manager), who was quickly able to change my mood and address my needs. It’s incredibly refreshing to have complex issues identified, understood, and resolved within a short timeframe. Kim was professional, concise and was able to resolve my issue within minutes. Not only that, but I found her supporting other AT&T agents on the sales floor to resolve their issues. That’s when I realized she was a manager. Even with what I would describe as an overwhelming amount of people flooding into the store, Kim ensured that all customers felt like their voices were heard and setup agents for success. I’ve worked in management for over a decade and recognize talent when I see it. Kim embodies what every employer hopes to have in a manager. These qualities are hard to come by. As a result of this service, I’ve become a vocal advocate for all AT&T services. Thank you so much. So glad I made the switch.

Buddy was very nice and patient with us. He resolved our problem pretty quick and was a pleasure being here. Will definitely come back here and ask for him if we need any assistant again.

We had Buddy at the Torrance AT&T store as our specialist. He was extremely knowledgeable and pleasant. Also willing to review our account for the best value. He was helpful in reviewing our options in phone purchases. Very professional and yet comfortable to work with. Will definitely recommend Buddy as an AT&T representative.

We have been using AT&T for years. We love it! Yesterday I got a new iPhone and had an excellent experience. We were greeted by Buddy and he was so friendly and helpful. He got up right away to help us and our experience was great. What a great employee and asset Buddy is, for the AT&T corporation!

Great customer service! Had one the the reps, Amanda I think her name was, help me out and she answered all my questions. Was buying a phone for my little sister as a gift and wanted something simple for a young kid. Managed Julio also came over and helped out. Would go back again for help

Seriously a wonderful experience! Aris was soooo patient and helpful. I had an especially complicated issue with my phone and he did everything he could to help me figure it out. He helped me find the best deal too and was overall fantastic!
