This is by far one of the best Walgreens I've ever been to In My Life not only because they provide the best customer service, not because they always have the best products on their stands, not because their store is always so clean and the restrooms are always organized and in order, not because of that. But because if you are a customer at Walgreens they will always provide the best service in America and I've traveled everywhere throughout United States and here in California you have the best pharmacist you have the best Associates and you have the best store manager I highly recommend this Walgreens location

Good staff

Clean store and staff are generally very helpful. Location is at the corner of Crenshaw and PCH and can be difficult to get in and out.

No blood pressure machine

Usually I do small shopping here, or getting my shots and I'm fine with this place. Except when I get off work/school and trying to stop for some stuff.

The doors and closed and blocked off at 7pm. Customers are still inside.. Just don't put open until 9pm on the door. Sorry I just don't get this business practice. 😐

Giving 3 stars because I usually don’t have an issue with this pharmacy, but yes I got to the pharmacy at exactly 9:00pm when they closed, but I was desperate to get my meds since they need to be taken everyday. But essentially, I pulled up and both of the pharmacists looked me dead in the eye and ignored me. I was kindly going to apologize and ask if they could squeeze me in if possible but they literally just ignored me and left. I waited for 15 minutes or so in case they needed to finish what they were doing. But no, they didn’t even say sorry you’re too late or literally ANYTHING. I would have appreciated even an “I’m sorry we just closed the register” or something or “we honestly have somewhere to be”. But they didn’t have to be so rude! If I’m PMSing just ignore this LOL but it just really irritated me.

The staff is ridiculous. They do not care about the customers nor their peers. Cathleen from PHOTOS was THE ONLY ONE in the front. If I wanted to I could’ve robbed the place because I waited for 10+ minutes and Cathleen called for her remembers but no one showed up. It’s disrespectful and wrong. I entered at 2:20 whoever is on shift should be fired.

I tried using one of my coupons, even when it wasn’t expired. The employees refused to Maintain professionalism. They actually started bickering with me, and I’m letting you (the public) know to take your money elsewhere. If you don’t know how to provide customer service, simple: dont work here.

I can see why this place has bad ratings. Incompetent manager and rude staff. Won't be doing business here.

Terrible pharmacy service. Take your prescription somewhere else. Very careless staff and the pharmacist. Don’t waste your time. Go to cvs.
