Great shopping experience. Kevin was super friendly and attentive without being pushy. Was right there on the spot to answer questions, but gave us private time to contemplate our choices. Shopping for beds can be awkward. The whole staff made us feel comfortable. They wouldn't serve us breakfast in bed, but that's another review!

We LOVE our new mattress. We call it “Marshmallow Mountain”! We previously had a Custom Comfort mattress for nearly 24 years. It was definitely time for a new mattress. A year ago we looked at many different mattress brands, but we weren’t sure what to do so we did nothing. But NOW, both my wife and I felt that we needed a new mattress. So I called John Sharpe at Custom Comfort and our timing was perfect. He had a great sale on a great mattress that we liked last year. So we jumped on it and are very happy that we did. If having a Custom Comfort mattress for 24 years doesn’t encourage you to buy from them, probably nothing will.

First of all, we LOVE our mattress! We haven't had this sort of quality sleep in a long while. Custom Comfort is the way to go because you almost can't beat the quality, AND they're still relatively affordable (unless you're going super high-end). They're a company that's not out to fleece the consumer (for example, their mattresses, unlike any typical "mattress" store you visit, are double-sided and flippable!) Michael at the Pasadena store was fantastic and answered all of our questions and made sure we were happy and felt good that we made the right purchase. Delivery was excellent and they hauled away the old mattress. We will never again look elsewhere for our mattress and/or pillowtop needs. Highly recommended!

Kevin was SO helpful! He answered all my questions and demo’d the technology behind the different mattresses. I nearly took a nap I was enjoying testing them out. Can’t wait for my pillow order to come in and am looking forward to treating myself to a new mattress at the end of the year. You can bet Kevin and Custom Comfort Mattress will be my go to when the time has arrived.

I came in wanting a bed for a guest room. I had already done my online research and it took an easy and pleasant 20 minutes. Kevin was terrific and accommodated my delivery needs. Delivery was on time and perfect.

Incredible mattress. Comfortable and well made. TWO SIDED so you can flip and rotate. Try to find that feature elsewhere - you won’t.
Customer service is off the charts. Michael was professional and extremely accommodating. He arranged to have our Cal King ‘white glove’ shipped to Utah and even gave us gifts, which we appreciated greatly.

I needed Custom Comfort's help to dismantle their bed as I needed to clear the room for a hospital bed that was scheduled to be delivered the next day. They went above and beyond and routed a truck and two employees over to take care of the situation that day-- at no charge! Incredibly responsive service! Thank you Melissa!

Romo & Stephanie were very helpful and knowledgeable. They accommodated are request to pick up the mattress from the warehouse. I love it that they build their all natural mattresses in SoCal. We were replacing one of those memory foam mattresses that you order online and come in a box. We had to take off the cover to wash it and the mattress in a box spread little shards of fiberglass (fire retardant) all over. Custom Comforts mattresses are also fire retardant but without all the nasty fiberglass.

Couldn’t ask for a better experience! Melissa was knowledgeable, professional and understood our needs. We are looking forward to our new mattress and a better nights sleep. Thank you Melissa!

Professional, friendly, honest, patient, and knowledgeable staff. I learned more about mattresses in 30 minutes here than I did in several hours online. The staff aren't on commission and I really felt that the staff member assisting me was trying to help me find the best mattress for my comfort and quality of sleep rather than just trying to get me to spend as much as possible. The selection was great and I found a mattress that was amazingly comfortable and within my price range. I recommend this place to anyone who, like me, has no idea what they're doing when it comes to mattress selection.

What a great experience. We did a lot of research and found this bed company to be the most "natural" product we would want to sleep on for the next 10 years. We have experienced some crazy sale pitches in the past. Not here, Mike greeted us and instantly informed us in a simple and professional way. We got additional input from his associate Nejhla and we walked out with the bed of our dreams.

It's difficult to find a really well made double sided mattress anymore. This place had a whole selection of them. The salesman, Charles, was knowledgeable and courteous. He went over the various types of mattresses with us and showed us exactly how each is constructed. He demonstrated how the different materials look and perform. He helped us make an educated decision, and then made us a really great deal on a top of the line bed. The only thing I didn't love was how long it will take to deliver the bed we bought.

My chiropractor referred me to this company for a pillow. The sales person was polite, personable, and knowledgeable. The gentleman even went out of his way to assist me during his lunch break. That made me feel really special!
