So far, so good. I like more starch than i got when they offered "medium", next time, I'm asking for the whole nine yards.

Close, convenient, fair price, friendly and efficient. They had my sports coat done before they said it would be 2 days earlier.

Great service at a great price

I'm so disappointed because Starbrite is so conveniently close to my house, but I've finally had it with this place. I've given them so many chances but never had so many issues with a single dry cleaner in my life.
1.) 2 of my absolute favorite button down shirts were clearly caught in their hanger carousel and torn to shreds. When I say torn to shreds I literally mean they looked like Hulk Hogan put them on and tore them off. When I was there to pick up my finished clothes they looked me right in the eye and said that they were torn when I dropped them off, not by their hanger carousel. There is a 0% chance that they were ripped in any way when I dropped them off- they were my two favorite shirts and I would have noticed the slightest issue with them. If they had told me that they were caught in the carousel I would have totally understood- accidents happen, but the fact that they lied to me when it was so obvious what had happened.
2.) Dress shirts I wear to work that I have cleaned and pressed there are always smushed together and have folds and wrinkles when I pick them up. Occasionally they have new black stains on them that weren't there when I dropped them off. Honestly, if this were my only issues with Starbrite I would have kept coming back for sheer convenience. The wrinkles on my dress shirts are because they pack multiple garments into a single plastic garment bag- probably less detrimental to the environment, but still annoying to get a shirt pressed and have it totally smushed.
3.) The final straw was this morning. The single most expensive article of clothing I own, which I have only worn once, came back with black mold stains all over the back and sleeve, and a random red stain on it as well. I recall this same thing happening to a quilt we had them clean about 5 months ago, but they re-cleaned it at no cost and removed the stains. This time around the man at the front desk said "there's no guarantees that they can remove stains". My problem isn't an inability to remove a stain, it's that there weren't stains on it when I dropped it off...

Anywho, if you care enough about your clothes to have them professionally cleaned, avoid this place.

Starbrite lost my business today. I had my pants hemmed 2 months ago and the hem came loose. I took it back in a couple weeks ago and the owner made it seem like it was at fault. She agreed to fix it for free reluctantly. I picked my pants up when she wasn't there and told the guy at the register there was no charge. She called me today and asked me to pay for the cleaning. I told her I didn't ask for dry cleaning because the pants were already cleaned when it was hemmed. I just needed the hem fixed. She insisted that I pay so left work to go and pay. I went because I wanted to tell her to get face that she lost my business. I was a customer for 16 years and she treated me like I was trying to skip out on a bill. She bought the business from the previous owner. She is a terrible business person and her customer service sucks. I do not recommend.

Brought my new suit pants in put them on and was measured. When I got them home the night before my interview, I put them on and the guy gave me straight up high waters. The worst, even after being measured.

After the hands changed the service is terrible. Clueless employees who don’t even know what time the item should be picked up.

I asked for a price how much the charge will be and when it was ready for pick up,the bill was enormous, three times the quote. Wau
