I've been a client of Dr. Ozawa's for the past couple of years, and I simply cannot express my gratitude enough for the exceptional care and service I've received, particularly during my recent Lummeca treatment. Despite my numerous visits, it's taken me until now to leave a review, and I sincerely believe it's long overdue.

After meticulously researching various providers and weighing both prices and reviews, I ultimately chose Dr. Ozawa for his expertise and reputation. My journey with his practice has primarily involved a series of Morpheus treatments aimed at firming my skin and stimulating natural collagen production. The results have been nothing short of remarkable.

For my Lumecca sessions, Dr. Ozawa initially recommended one session, but considering my research and concerns, I opted for three sessions at a discounted rate. However, it turned out that his initial assessment was spot-on, and I ended up needing only one session. While I initially questioned his recommendation, I quickly realized the folly of trusting online reviews over the expertise of a seasoned professional like Dr. Ozawa.

Throughout every interaction, Dr. Ozawa has consistently demonstrated his professionalism, skill, and commitment to my satisfaction. His honesty in advising me on cost-effective solutions has been particularly noteworthy. Despite having opportunities to upsell me on additional treatments, he has always prioritized my best interests and provided sound advice.

I'm thrilled with the results of my Lumecca session, with noticeable improvements in dark sunspots and overall skin texture. I'm even more delighted to have found a practitioner as trustworthy and ethical as Dr. Ozawa. His fair pricing, integrity, and genuine concern for his patients' well-being set him apart in an industry often plagued by skepticism.

I had an amazing experience in this spa! Everyone was so welcoming, they explained every single detail about everything. They have this cool tool to analyze your skin, they explained what my skin need were and based on that they told me what were the best options of facials and treatments to take care and improve the look and texture of my skin. Raquel, the esthetician has the most amazing hands for massages and all the treatments.
It was an incredible way to spend my day, so calmed, so relaxed, so pampered.

I came in for Hydrafacial and could not believe how clean and amazing my skin feels! I had an excellent experience from the moment I walked in the door at Naturopathy Spa & Wellness, I felt welcomed and immediately began to feel relaxed knowing I would be in good hands. Rocky gave me a wonderful facial, I especially liked how she explained each step. My skin was so hydrated and glowing after my facial, I look forward to my next appointment!

My experience at this spa was wonderful. First of all I loved the interior with antique shelves and tables, the smell of essential oils, and flowers both inside and outside. Second, I had the marshmallow facial and the hydrafacial and I thought they were fantastic. The products the esthetician, Raquel, used for the marshmallow facial was great! It made my skin super soft and I liked the smell of the products. Also her facial techniques and the music made me feel relaxed. The Hydrafacial did a great job cleaning my pores and I was so surprised to see all of the impurities that came out of my skin. Third, their original herbal tea they served me was so delicious! Most importantly, it was nice to talk about my skin issue and how to improve it with Raquel and I totally will come in again!

I'm currently taking laser hair removal service for my face. (Men's hair removal treatment.)
After took 5 times of the services, my beard and the mustache are almost gone. I think Dr. Ozawa knows how to remove the hairs properly. The treatment is very effective.
If you're looking for the Men's hair removal treatment, I totally recommend this place. I'm totally satisfied with the results. Thank you so much always.

I had a great experience here at this new spa. This place is clean and neat that made me feel totally relaxed! And Rocky, the esthetician, was very friendly and nice. She explained what she was doing, gave good tips that I can do some self treatments at home too. I recommend this place to all my friends! They also have their original medical herb tea blends! You can get to enjoy this tasty herb tea after the treatment.

Amazing service! Everyone is soooo sweet when I walked in the door. The Basic Facial, I recieved from Raquel, was superb! The moment you walk into get a facial it’s super relaxing and the atmosphere is just wonderful. If you are in need of a good facial I would definitely recommend to go there. The facial message is just sooooo relaxing, I have had several different facials but this facial has been the best I have received, the technique is sooooo unique.

This was my first time trying Naturopathy Spa & Wellness and I’m a big fan of theirs! I got a skin evaluation to start and found out what my skin’s needs were. Then the aesthetician treated me with the spa’s hydrafacial to help limit acne and rejuvenate my skin. I also did their iontophoresis, which included a Vitamin C serum. Together, these skin treatments helped give my face some much needed love! The quality of their service was exceptional, I was impressed by their professionalism and friendliness. The spa itself was very clean and beautifully decorated, which made my visit more enjoyable too!

Had the pleasure of having a facial and massage done at this spa. Clean and well organized. The staff was very helpful and willing to explain everything they were doing. I was helped by Raquel ( Rocky). Excellent service and technique. Felt very comfortable and relaxed after. Would totally return. Thank you ladies.

Had a facial today my skin feels so much better. I notice a difference the next couple of days. Received little samples and a tea on my way out. Raquel was great and knowledgeable.

That place is a new spa. It's so pretty and clean. I took a facial massage. My skin was super dry, but after the treatment my skin was totally fixed. I became a fun !
