Many places to shop and dine. Trader Joe’s, Domino’s Pizza, Japanese Restaurant, Yellow Vase. Plus more. Beautiful view of the ocean. Always plenty of parking and little traffic!

This is a small center with multiple restaurants, and medical offices. Thai food, Italian food, Starbucks, Yellow vase cafe, Trader Joe's and a clothing store. Plenty of free parking with a spectacular view of the Pacific Ocean.

Located in a beautiful spot. Ocean facing view. Starbucks,Yellow vase, subway, asaka sushi have outdoor seating with amazing ocean views.

Possibly my favorite shopping center ever. Best sunset views. A Starbucks with a patio. Excellent Thai food. A lot of small businesses and Trader Joe’s that’s never packed the way they were in NYC or Miami. Can’t beat these views.

Trader Joe's, Swan Thai, Subway, Starbucks.... What's not to like? Oh, and an ocean view.

Wonderful shopping center, restaurants, Trader Joe's and other businesses.

Quite the hike from terranea lots of dirt road trails to get there but very scenic well worth it trader Joe's had everything we needed and that would recommend the yellow vase restaurant kind of a French themed place to get breakfast lunch or dinner very good food tried to get Subway and Thai food but they didn't open till 11:30 a.m. so I didn't want to wait pretty much to go to place if you don't want to pay the resort fees and eat resort prices food

This place is pretty. It has Trader Joe's, different varieties of restaurant, Thai, Japanese, Italian, Domino's, etc. Next time will come early to check out the seafood market

My neighborhood Trade Joe's and very likely a Starbucks with most spectacular view anywhere in the world. Catch it when the sun is going down and you will agree.

While some distance from my home in San Pedro, the selection of stores in that shopping area is outstanding and offers excellent products for most everyone, making the commute worthwhile and beneficial.

Great restaurant, Avenue Italy! Must try it out.

This is a very nice shopping center with one of our favorite trader Joe's. It's an oddly convenient location, in a breathtakingly beautiful spot. The view of the sunset over the sea can be spectacular. There is always ample parking for all the splendid shops and restaurants as well.

Additionally, there's also unfortunately a starbucks, but we can forgive that.

Amazing! Breathtaking! Serene! Went to the Starbucks, Subway, and the Trader Joe's here. Behind the Starbucks / Subway is the most beautiful view you have seen! We just sat their soaking up the sun, enjoying the breeze. Everything was so clean and calm. There weren't a ton of people but busy enough I'd run out back and grab a seat while someone gets drinks or food.

One of the best views of the Pacific ocean 🌊 on the west coast. We stopped here to fill a prescription for a Pomeranian we dog sit. Plus a bite to eat. After a great afternoon of playing at the tide pools a little down the road from here.

Loved eating at Avenue Italy the food and service was great. I must give a shout out to Giuseppe who was just amazing he always checked on me and make sure that I didn't need anything and if I did he was there to serve he's great and the restaurant makes you feel like you're part of the family they'll sing Happy Birthday to you and they have a piano that people can hop on and play if they know how to play.

I go there specifically for the fish at the family owned market called Great American Int'l Seafood Market. ALWAYS clean and well maintained. Never waited more than 30 sec at the counter and the men behind that counter have a smile on their face and recommendation at their fingertips. Won't be buy my salmon anywhere else.

Great little shopping center with a couple of nice restaurants (Thai, Italian, Sushi), excellent vistas of the water and a fantastic seafood market with Italian specialty items. Trader Joe's and Starbucks there as well!
