I was there today to pick up Zelda Tears of the Kingdom and the staff exemplified top notch customer service!

They handled the line gracefully, they were all VERY kind, kept the environment lively, and they were highly efficient.

This has become my default GameStop for the last 2 years. The staff is friendly and chatty. They've pointed me to some great games when I've been at a loss on what to buy. Stop on in and tell em that Andres sent you. (They won't give you any discounts or anything. I'm.being silly.)

Was in Thursday night (Dec 29) and the man behind the counter was friendly and knowledgeable picking out games. Decent selection for post- Christmas.

This GameStop is well stocked and in a good location. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. Vanessa, John, and Clayton in particular have been extremely helpful in finding rare items and are very responsive. This GameStop also always calls quickly when pre-orders are ready to pick up, which I am very thankful for. Parking is super easy.

I might not be happy with the price given but I'm satisfied with the service done

The best customer service and super great with kids. My son went to purchase an item and didn't have enough money and the staff changed the price so he could afford it. His experience here totally made his day and made this family customers for life!

Went 3/18/18 and I had great service. This gamestop is awesome! They have so many products. Also I loved the fact that they had a large selection of Nintendo Wii games. Not only that but all the games I bought had the original cases and manuals even though they were used! Also the workers were very friendly and helpful. One of the best gamestop stores I've been to!

Bit of a wait because they had a ton of people in the store. But, service was speedy and efficient. Didn't let me down. They really are a Prestige store.

I bought the Let's Go Pikachu Combo from here. When I went home and docked the game it was a bit distorted (blurry). I was heartbroken that it would be my version that was defective. I was finally free two days later. I called and Danny answered. She said come on down and we would give you another copy! She actually felt for me. Steve on the other hand was skeptic but I dont blame him. I thought for sure he would give me a hard time. Fortunately they both came in clutch, and changed out both the game and the PokeBall Plus! If you guys ever read this.....thank you so much! I will never go to another Gamestop!

Best GameStop location I've ever been to. One of the store managers, John, is absolutely responsive to customer needs and works incredibly hard to provide stellar service. This is now my store of choice.

This is my favorite Gamestop in the greater LA area. The staff is always willing and able to discuss any question no matter how much of a n00b you are and they treat you with respect which I can't always say with Gamestop employees.Their used games selections seems a little bit better than most stores and are usally the first ones to collect used games from the newest releases.

Pretty good service, I found that my son wanted and also they offered me the pre order deal.
