Beverly Hills Smile Direct Club gave me the best experience! This team is doing things right and taking great care of all the customers with a smile. It’s the type of care that makes every person feel special and welcomed. Yanet, Katherine, Christine, Anthony, Michael, and Aly thank you for taking the time to get me started in my journey! If anyone is curious or skeptical about giving SDC a shot do not wait! It is affordable! They helped me get started with a low commitment of $250! (better than braces!) Was able to preorder my retainers too 👍🏽👍🏽

I had a great experience with Daisy who was professional, and efficient and thoroughly explained all options and the process of both the scan and purchase options.

Came to this location for a teeth scan, was very impressed by how friendly and detailed Jaye was! He helped me through the process start to finish and I didn’t want to leave because it was such a pleasure talking to him. Super friendly and fast service, highly recommend.

It was as easy as 1,2 and 3. Great staff. I was in and out. The facility was nice and clean. Charlie at the West Los Angeles side of town was a great help with all my questions and concerns. Once they took my images of improvements I was sold.

Their service is AMAZING! Daisy is so sweet and made me feel comfortable the entire time! She answered all of my questions and explained everything really well to me. Eric was extremely welcoming and nice as well! They both made my experience super great and made me excited to start my treatment!

Amazing! Is all I can say! Charlie was incredible with my 1st visit, he made me feel comfortable & was very helpful with my process. I was pleasantly surprised of the view, it was so nice to see while I waited briefly. Parking is validated which is a plus, it’s a bit of construction happening currently inside the lobby of the building but there is someone there to help guide you. Great location & experience!

I came into the Beverly Hills location not knowing what to expect. But I have to say I was thoroughly impressed with the knowledge and professionalism of our consultant. Christine was kind, friendly, and personable. We had an amazing experience learning all about how the Smile Direct aligners work and viewing the 3-D scans. It was actually really fun! Christine took the time to answer all of my many questions and really went above and beyond to make this an enjoyable experience for me and my daughter. We are so excited to receive our aligners and start this journey! Christine is THE BEST!

Excellent customer service, Anthony was extremely helpful and upbeat. His attitude really show he loves what he do and it made my experience a pleasant one. Aly is more than helpful and was extremely patient with getting my insurance taken care of. Also, Eric and Daisy were so nice and made the entire process fun and easy! I was walking in without knowing what to expect and I walked out feeling hopeful and excited. They were all able to answer any questions I had. I’m so glad I made the decision to move forward with the aligners. I’m glad Smile have them on their team! Thank you all for making this a wonderful experience for me.

Louis and Isaiah did such an amazing job guiding me through the process of starting this new journey. They were not only helpful, but extremely friendly as well! They answered my questions and ease any concerns I had. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience and I cannot wait to start my trays!

Such a great experience! If you’re interested in achieving a smile that boosts your confidence and helps you be your best self, than this is where you want to go! Upon arrival I was promptly greeted by a very nice woman, although I forget her name, I believe she was the manager. She assisted me with the check in process & let me know that they were a little busy but they’d get to me asap. When it was my turn and I was introduced to my smart smile tech Yaritza, between her and the manager, they were able to make the wait time disappear with their Quality customer service. They were both very personable as well as knowledgeable regarding the entire process, which put me at ease and allowed me to really enjoy myself! Although this was a Christmas present given to me, if you can afford this and are contemplating the decision I highly recommend that you do! And if you’re near Beverly Hills, definitely head over to the 321 N Beverly Dr. location, you won’t be disappointed. Thanks again smart smile club Beverly Hills for everything!
