Beltone Cleaners

They do a really great job. I've moved back to San Diego and still, I take my clothes (my suits) to them for dry cleaning. Just making sure my clothes are in good hands. (Beltone Cleaners in Torrance)

Tried Beltone because Premium Cleaners disappointed me with one of my wife's other dresses. Dropped off on a weekday and asked for the soonest turn around possible. The man who took my clothes told me the next afternoon my clothes will be ready. That was sooner than I anticipated but gladly accepted. Went to pick up and my pants weren't quite ready. I waited another 10 minutes and they were ready. I noticed my bowtie was missing. After the man at the counter looked around, he asked me to come back tomorrow as it's most likely being cleaned at the moment. Came back the next day and grabbed my bowtie. This next part is partially our fault but also a bit perplexing. We waited until the day of our event to check our clothes and unfortunately, my wife's dress still had stains in it. I did not mention to the man who took our clothes there were stains, so I could understand missing them. I guess it was wishful thinking that someone would see them while cleaning the dress and tell me they couldn't get them out?

However, I dropped off my clothes (my suit and both my wife's dresses) to another cleaner today and the man at the counter explained to me that the stains should have come out with dry cleaning. Hearing that was quite frustrating. I paid Beltone $59 for my suit pieces and one dress to be cleaned and wearable within 24 hours: all of my clothes were not ready within 24 hours, I had to pick up my bowtie the next day, and my wife's dress came back with the same stains on it.

Slow slow slow and parking is a problem but they do clean well.

I dropped off a suit, three dress shirts to be dry cleaned for my husband's important interview. They were supposed to be ready by Sat (dropped them off Thu morning) but nothing was ready because the machine was broken. Ok, that I can understand because things do happen. So I picked them up anyway because my husband needed to wear them. When we arrived home we realized one of the shirts was missing so I called the store to let them know but the guy who picked up hung up on me insisting that we picked everything up and that he was "busy".
It was a Burberry shirt that he only wears on special occasion and we are very upset that this happened to us and how he handled the situation. Very unreliable and unprofessional. Would not recommend this place.
