Great store!! Clean and well-stocked shelves!! Friendly Associates and greeted by manager on Black Friday for past 5 years since I’ve met him. He makes sure everything is running smoothly on such a busy time of year!!

I always find good deals 🙂😜 at Kohl's. Customer service personal are always happy ☺😁 to serve you.

Making returns and purchases are done very efficiently . The customer assistance at the registers are very quick . But I only wish there were more assistance while shopping to find what I am looking for .

I'm really looking Kohl's more and more. First is the clean open quiet store ambiance. The store here in Torrance on Crenshaw is right in amongst so many of the other stores I love to shop.
The prices on men's casual clothes are right where I need them so that I can afford the real necessities and an occasional splurge. Plus with all the value of Kohl's prices they have that easy Amazon return counter to save me the time of printing and boxing up my unfortunate Amazon miss-steps.

The Kohls in Torrance is an excellent place to shop. The associates are usually friendly. The store has a reasonable return policy that helps its customers feel confident when shopping. The associates in the store are helpful.

I love visiting the Kohl’s store on Crenshaw Blvd, they have the best Sephora branch.

I came here to process an Amazon return. It was at the back of the store and very easy! Basically, you scan a QR code and they package it and return it for you. You get $5 kohl cash too! The store itself is great to shop at and kohl's cash goes a long way if you accumulate it. Kohls has something for everyone with sizing. They don't carry luxury brands, but they still carry nice clothing for casual, business, and semi formal events. I like to buy my Under Armour athletic wear here because they have a lot of fitness wear selection!

I like this store a lot. It is very clean, brightly lit, and provides a great experience. If you need to return items from Amazon, they have a dedicated drop-off area setup up. And they will give you a coupon for each return.
