These guys really care about cars and people. I own a 2016 GLC300. I’ve been coming to Pacific Motors exclusively for 2years now. Luis is an incredibly nice guy who will help you at the drop of a hat - and he’s honest. This is not a place where you will be lied to about mystery issues and get price-gouged on your way out the door. Even if I’m just looking for car advice, Luis will patiently sit on the phone and discuss it. I genuinely trust this place and their team.

I have taken my cars, BMW and MBZ, to Tony and Luis for more than 7 years now. They have always been honest and upfront about the work needed and getting it done at a fair price. In addition to the regular maintenance, I have had them rebuild the engine in my 1982 Mercedes 380SL. They really know their way around the older cars that I prefer to drive. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Pacific Motors for your vintage MBZ or BMW.

Had a very important bolt come off while driving close by, almost had my entire wheel fall off.

You know you are dealing with a pro when his heart isn’t set on overcharging or tricking customers. He just says it how it is. Would recommend him for any MB needs.

Even if you don't own a Mercedes, Luis is the one of the most friendly and helpful mechanics I've ever met. When I needed brake pad replacements on my Honda, he was efficient, answered all of my questions, and extremely responsive.
Normally I'm apprehensive that they might try to upsell me on services or parts, but I trust Luis and his team. I think I found my regular mechanic in the area.

Terrific and honest Mercedes service. Luis, Tony and Robert are the best and very fair in what they charge, which is usually about 40% less than the dealer's in house service. They have taken great care of my 2007 SL550 for a number of years now. Highly recommend!

A really good repair shop for all things Mercedes. I have taken my 4 year old Merc there and nothing has phased them. Luis is unfailingly pleasant and helpful and their pricing is great, about half Simonsen. I thoroughly recommend them.

Luis is the most generous and kind mechanic you will ever meet! He has been so helpful, I can't praise him enough. If you're looking for someone honest, this is the place!

I have 15 Mercedes, and even on the E320, which is very rare, and they are more proficient than anyone! This includes the official Mercedes Benz site, which could not help me at all. They are also consistently communicative and responsible no matter how busy they get, which is also not appreciated sometimes until you get a shop that is not!

I have a 1974 MG MGB, needed to get my headlights fixed as I use this car for work sometimes on tv shows. Needed it done asap and Luis got it done for me within a couple hours. I live right across the street and had been thinking of trying their shop out for a while now, as my regular mechanic is 35 minutes away. The crazy thing is they didn't even charge me, I will definitely be coming back to them from now on!

My wife has had her car serviced by Pacific Motors now for the last 9 years, I cant say enough about the excellent treatment we receive. There are never unexpected charges, if they find something needs attention we get a phone call as well as an full explanation of what has to be done

I cant thank the staff at this location enough for the way they look after us, and our 10 year old car, and I would recommend anyone with a Mercedes to go along and find out for them selves just how good they are,

We have been following Pacific Motors since before they moved to their present location. My wife, Joan, has had all her Mercedes serviced at Pacific Motors going back to the 1956 diesel that we brought used in ~1963. At the present time Tony, Luis, Robert Ric and the rest of their crew service all 5 or our vehicles. Honest, reliable, on time, and they certainty are experts.

They are honest and never try to sell you more repairs, parts then you need. Great customer service with Mr. Martin and Luis. My 77 year old mother brings her car in anytime she hears a ping and they treat her with patience and courtesy.
