I've been a patient of Dr. Batres MD and Mr. Rivera PAC for many years. Like family. Always a friendly & comfortable visit and i trust them both with my medical care. Their staff are also amazing.
It's so important to be happy with your doctor and I'm very happy with them.

Sir Batres was very respectful and highly trained and skilled in his craft highly recommended 5/5 stars from me and absolute beauty of a man will be coming back for sure as a 1st time patient made me feel welcomed and less nervous for my annual checkup very charismatic and funny nice staff clean working environment and highly attentive for your needs as a patient

Have been a patient here for 7 years, I switched to ERB from Kaiser when I was 16. These Doctors and staff are very very friendly!! As soon as I walk into the office, they greet me very kindly. All the nurses there are amicable, somehow they always bring a smile to my face or make me laugh! Never had any issues with Dr.Batres; he always addressed my questions and concerns. I have also been evaluated by Mr.Rivera and Ms.Jimenez; they both took their time with my appointment and I never felt rushed. My old PCP at Kaiser always rushed with appointments and would sometimes leave my questions/concerns unanswered. There is no other office like E.R.B.!! You will feel welcome here and their wait time is minuscule compared to other places. Highly recommend!!!

I changed my my husband to Dr Batres and am very happy that I did,I am 65 yrs old and have not known such great,and caring people.Dr Batres and his WHOLE staff are Excellent! My husband's health has greatly improved due to the care that he is getting here... Thank you all

great Doctor and PA , the staff members are so helpful and wonderful, they go above and beyond to keep their patient satisfied. Dr. is available 24/7 . love DR, PA and staff
